I did work for cvs for 6 months. It is the worst place I have ever worked. Regarding the reviews below: the customer service people is not allowe do call the patients back if the prescription is rejected by insurance or for any other reasons. We had to set up order quckly so we can take another call. If the call is more that 5 minutes you will get a email to keep the call short. I felt bad cause most of the medication is live saving medication. Most of us tried to do our best to help but the management is quantity over quality, and since most of the insurance today requires you to use this one, they will not care for the clients. If you have a choice i would recomend to go qith different pharmacy. Now about workink eniviroment. People come and go. No one is sain enough to stay longer then few monts. Pay is good but you most likeli will for through agnecy. No chance to get hired directly. Only good think os the cafeteria, nice people good and cheap food. I recived several emails a day that my bathroom breaks are to long and to often. I could hadle it anymore so left.

This place is a complete, utter, disorganized, unprofessional, incompetent people, the worse pharmacy in the United States. They can never get anything right the first time. I can write a book on how they have screwed up every single prescription of mine. Pharmacist refused to come on the phone and refused to apologize, for their mistakes. The mistakes continue to occur. It is just mind blowing. How is this department still open?? Shut this place down!! Let people fill their medications at a regular CVS and not go through all these hoops and hurdles and back and forth and repeat your story over and over and still get everything wrong. Im so tired this. This isnt right, at all. Still waiting as usual for a promised call back 5 days later. I dont have time to babysit a company to do their job, its their job to do THEIR job!

Always ordered immunosuppressive meds from Walgreens but because of insurance I now have to order through CVS Specialty Pharmacy. They are the absolute worse! The first problem with CVS is that they never call you when they have a problem delivering your life saving meds. They have rescheduled delivery dates without notification. These rescheduled dates werent even the next day, they were always at least 4-5 days later. They also do not notify you if your prescription was denied by insurance and therefore undeliverable. These meds are needed to keep me alive! I need to know whether or not I am going to be getting it! Customer service also treats you like you are the one that did something wrong when you call to complain. CVS and health insurance companies are money hungry and could care less about the customer. F U CVS!!!

I would caution anyone about ordering prescriptions from CVS Caremark. They mailed me 3 boxes of medication in a plastic bag rather than a box through the U.S. Postal Service. The bag was ripped open and delivered 5 days late in an unsealed bag "We Care" from USPS. The boxes ripped open the bag so it was not delivered on the date that appeared on the tracking form. My doctor ordered an emergency supply until the issue could be resolved but CVS would not fill the order saying it was already received. They treated me like I was a thief when, in fact, I have proof that it WAS NOT received. I have to order through CVS because of my insurance but I will never order from the mail order service again and will pay the extra to get it from a local pharmacy.

What a headache. Have worked with numerous specialty pharmacies and these guys have the worst billing process. Ive never encountered anything like it. I was late on payment because I couldnt figure out my billing statement but I wasnt "collection agency" late and when I called to see if I up-to-date on my payments (because again the statement is so confusing) they said I had a zero balance and that they must have sent out the last statement before I mailed in my last payment. A few days later I received two different letters from a collection agency. If this harms my credit score I am going to be livid and pursue legal action.

I worked here for 6 months and that place is terrible. They were racist, management even went as far as lying on me to get me fired. They constantly tried to make me some aggressor that I am not. They eventually fired me without notice over an unapproved vacation day when I wasnt even on my third attendance strike. I called my immediate supervisor to ask if I had been fired because I couldnt get into the building and she didnt even respond to my calls or texts. I had to ask my coworkers to confirm if I had been fired. Unprofessional and management has a passive aggressive attitude problem.

CVS is the worst. I never had any problem with Express Script nor Walgreens. Every since my insurance company switch over to CVS, I had nothing but nightmares. I called in for a refill and I told it would be mailed delivered the next day. Well, they didnt come. I called CVS specialty pharmacy and they told me my refill was rejected. Why didnt someone call me. This is a life threatening medication that I needed and no one at CVS had the common courtesy to call. I had to call them. The worst pharmacy ever!!!!

The absolute worst!!! This place should be shut down. No one knows how to do their job. I ended up having to drive 2 hours to PICK UP my medication because it never shipped because they never shipped out my medication. They couldnt answer why it wasnt shipped since everything looked good, but said well it never left our wearhouse??? Then, when I go to pick it up, the woman tells me that they could have over rid it and I could have picked it up at a closer location. Unbelievable.

They have severe computer issues after mergers - when filling prescription, they are unable to share software & see the prescription to fill & ship from various locations. I have to go through the team manager personally (who is nice) but has no voicemail so have to call several times until I reach him. Super frustrated & not much I can do about it but deal with this terrible organization each month to obtain specialty Rx as insurance makes it so I cant go anywhere else.

I worked here for a year and it was the worst place to work!!! They treat you like slaves AND MAY I ADD THEY DO CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AT ALL! All they want you to do is answer the phones and move on to the next call! I was told I care too much for trying to make sure a patient gets her medication and may I add the medication was needed for her to stay alive! Worst company ever all they care about is the calls!!!

I have not dealt with these folks for a very long time, but over the past few months I have discovered them to be extremely diligent and dependable. And believe me, when youre dealing with medication thats horribly expensive, and that absolutely must be taken on time every time, dependable and diligent are two adjectives you like to hear used to describe the pharmacy that you are dealing with. 5 Stars !
