Yesterday, I went in to pick up the cupcakes I ordered for for my sons 12th birthday party at school. I forgot to order them in advance, so when I did remember, the day of his birthday, the ladies in the bakery said "No problem! We will have them ready in time for his school party!" I was thrilled! When I arrived to pick up the cupcakes, I noticed a turnstile with different balloons hanging around it. Upon looking at the balloons that were available, I decided on a Phineas and Ferb balloon, which happens to be his favorite TV show right now. I approached the 2 young women who were checking people out, and inquired as to whom I needed to speak with in order to have a few balloons inflated. The young, blonde said "me, Ill take care of you right here." So not only did I get 30 cupcakes, made to order, the same day I ordered them, but I also was able to purchase a balloon bouquet and still make it to the school for his birthday party! That, is exceptional customer service! Thank you to those employees that helped make my sons 12th birthday a soaring success!

I asked the manager about the cash back with purchase guidelines for the store. He told me it was limited to $20 total. I specifically asked if I could make a second transaction and take another $20. He was quite rude and said no, I already told you the max cash back per debit card. He told me if I used a different card, I could take 20 from it. He was quite rude about the whole situation. I proceeded to purchase a soda and took the 20 cash back. I went outside for about 10 minutes. I then went back inside the store with my same debit card that I had used previously. The rude man (whom I believe was a manager) wasnt at the register. I bought a bottle of water and took another 20 cash back with the same debit card. Not sure why he lied to me or why he was so rude and disrespectful about my wanting to take 40 instead of 20. I was willing to buy two items. He told me no way, but the store machine gave me 20 back with ea of my two purchases. Personally, I will never go into that small grocery store again!!!

Over the last month, my wife and I have used the "Groceries To Go" online service. This service is outstanding and very convenient. We have just had our 2nd child and this has made grocery shopping with kids a very manageable task. The service is always prompt and they have always picked quality items for us in meat and produce. They have always brought our order out to us within 10 minutes of our arrival and they have loaded the groceries in the car for us. We always have received very friendly, fast service. Weve suggested for a few missing items to be added to the website and they have added them very quickly. They are very open to suggestions and accommodating. We highly suggest this service to everyone!

As of this rating, its the only superstore in the county. Its not the most up to date place, (they just started a loyalty program this month, and still dont have NFC enabled terminals for paying with your phone), but its kept very clean and well stocked. They also have good sales frequently. My only real complaint is that the bathrooms are in the employee area.
