Totally sausin on You

Best worst customer service around! Meet Tom, the shift manager, he will give you service with additude! He will lie to your face and tell you I said hi to you when you question him. Like the nine-hudred other time he said hello to me! Also, Tom has issues with customers that say I dont need a the extra coupons. When I dont even use Summers Breeze. He said No to throwing the other coupons away. Whats so diffcult about throwing something away for a customer! I saw him on Facebook and suggested to friend him? Haha! Thats funny. If there was a button to say fuckyou on face book? I would definitely press the fuckyou button! He will look at you and judge from a far. He pretty much has a problem with every customer I have seen him deal with. Never says hi just looks at you, when you say hi to him. Hes seems like hes got this ego that says, Im better than you! When I started going there the G.M. was new to the company then he said fill out an application. I will help you out! I did then, he started treating me like crap. Every time I work with him he pushes me away. Like I expect something since he avoided me. Cashiers making fun of customers. Complaining about there jobs to me! I dont know why I dont get as many hours than my coworker? Because customers dont want to go to a place where there judged. Then have to give the cashiers a therapy session. I just ended up changing Pharmacys because the pharmacist is a total you know what! So disregard going to CVS and go somewhere positive!

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Submitted a prescription that required a Dr.s authorization and was told I would receive an update in two days. Never did. Called the pharmacy and was told it was never submitted and was told "it is just an automated system". I was told it would be submitted. After not receiving any updates a week later, called and was told it was denied, again never received any notification from the pharmacy. I get calls at all hours from their "automated system" as well as a call from Maryland about refills needed and other nonsense, but dont receive a call when a prescription I request is not approved. Time to go to a "mom and pop" pharmacy who will provide customer service and not excuses.

Horrible customer service.. the manager Tom that I encountered while at this location is not customer service oriented. Also I made a special trip to this location because they carry a specific product. I needed to use the restroom and a young lady was taking me back to let me in and Tom told her that I could not and made an excuse that the door to let me in was broken.

This store is extremely convenient for the locals as I heard how great it is by my neighbors and I had decided to go and check it out. I can say that Im happy at how well the employees are with their customer service as one of them had greeted me once I had entered the store. They are nice people and I frequently go to that store now due to their location being near me. c:

Waited in drive thru line for a prescription for an hour.. It was suppose to be ready by 4:30pm and we didnt get to the cvs till 5:45pm. When it was our turn in a three car pile up that not joking was like and hour and fifteen minutes he said park around the corner and Ill run them out in about ten minutes. Ill be going to Walgreens for my future prescription needs.

Tom is a rude shift manager who is mean and nasty to the customers, I saw him yelling. At this..older lady and he made her cry, this is no way to treat customers.. he needs to be fired right away
