This place lacks customer service. They treat customers with no respect what so ever! UPS delivered my package here because this place works as an access point. I came to pick it up, but the person who worked there said it is not here. He did not even look at my slip, neither he went through bunch of UPS packages that were on the floor. He just cut me off as soon as i walked in: "UPS did not come. Your package is not here". I politely asked to look for it, but he refused. I came the next day, and it was the same story. UPS should really think of changing its access point to a different place. I would never come back here again.
