Great Customer Service! I live in Chicago and shop Whole Foods. While on an extended stay in Champaign I happened to be in the hotel right next to Harvest Market and found their selections and service to be comparable to what I am used to. Reason for one star less than perfect is that I found one of my purchases to be over ten days expired, so I am not fully confident in their culling. I discovered this the next day when I went to consume the product and was shocked! I immediately went over to the store and politely showed the product at their customer service counter. I had thrown away my receipt the prior day as wont to do for groceries, but John at customer service was very friendly about the matter and refunded my money while also adding that he would notify the right people to ensure the problem is rooted well. John immediately restored my faith in the stores promise to their customers and I will not hesitate to make Harvest Market my first grocery stop again as I tend to stay in Champaign frequently. Thanks John. Youre a true asset to the store and much appreciated. Ive had product issues (elsewhere) before which were resolved on a much larger scale than a $6 purchase, but never before have a written a review on a transaction such as this one until now, and John is the reason why. This just goes to show how valued Johns service is. Alright, Ill stop being a fanboy now. No one probably read past the first three words either way!

The store is nice and well laid out. I like that they went with closed freezers instead of other modern stores with open air freezers making the store a walk in ice den. The cheese, wine, liquor, fish, and meat sections are very nice but seem a bit pricey. The cafeteria was a bit confusing since menus and information of available items arent well placed and many employees seemed to be more concerned with side conversations than asking if you need help. The same goes for the coffee shop. Upstairs is a very nice place to sit and enjoy your meal, and even a small outside deck, but even after 20 minutes of sitting there, I didnt see anyone come to clean the tables of dishes. I feel like it might be better to have some garbage cans or drop off location to keep it cleaner. Overall, the store is a bit pricey, but they have good products that I wont find in other places. Unfortunately, I see some of the same issues with employees that I saw at County market. Still coming back though.

I dont know, but I bought few things Id call "better food" from their nice selection of food products and I came out spending $122. This was just a few bags of groceries and not at all what we normally pick up which would be twice as much food. For two people I cant imagine spending over $200 overtime we go here. All the things I find at Harvest Market was about $1-$5 more than I would find in other grocery stories and Food-Co-ops in Minneapolis (where we came from). My gal is a student at the U and Im a working artist. Even some food seems more expensive than the Common Ground Co-op which also is more expensive than in Minneapolis. Not sure what the deal is here in Illinois, but when you have a larger store you tend to be able to get better deals on products. Not here. Its depressing leaving a store when you have a budget. Nice store with many options, but feels like I was robbed. Boo!

Harvest market is a Grocery Store/Caffè burried behind fast food restraunts in Carrage Center. Harvest Market has a decent selection of items however it tends to be short on most brand variety that the larger stores provide. The hotcase selection during lunch time is various and well stocked. In most trips I have found the checkout staff to be friendly and always find a way to pander small talk. The dougnuts are better then dunkin dougnuts, they seem to be the frershest on mondays. The Sushi is above par compared to other grocery stores, but a sushi lunch box will be a better bang for the buck from Yellowfin. Samsung pay works here.

They have a million different kinds of peanut butter but they dont sell the cheapest and objectively best peanut butter that literally every other store on earth sells- Smuckers brand. They want you to pay more for your peanut butter because it has a nice label and makes you feel special, but if they stocked Smuckers, all the other peanut butters wouldnt sell because they all have the same 1-2 ingredients! So dont fall for it and dont buy your peanut butter here. Do get your lunch here though because its wonderful and very well priced.

This is an upscale grocery store, with great deli/restaurant options, a great selection of locally sourced items, and a large variety of traditional staples. Note that you wont always have the same options to choose from regarding name brand items, or the full variety you may see at the big box stores, but you will find things here you cant find there as well. Overall, a great place with good weekly deals, but always at a slight premium to other locations. Im personally willing to pay a reasonable premium for higher quality items.

I went to Harvest Market for an event, which was very nice. But I give this store 3 stars because the parent company of Harvest Market pretty much replaced a County Market with this store, and the price differences are major. There was nothing that I saw in this store that was reasonably priced. They have a nice selection of items that Id never seen before, but they are too expensive considering the company closed 2 County Market stores and made one store a discount store (but not really because its not priced reasonably either).

A great to go do more than just grocery shop. Lots of offerings including restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, and a wine bar. Lots of local options in terms of groceries. Plus there are lots of home products distributed throughout the store. Plan to spend some money, as the prices are a little higher than other grocery stores, but this store is going a bit more for a shopping experience, so just feels like youre paying a slight premium for that experience and convenience.

I went to by Chobani yogurt. I had already learned that yogurt is oddly "filed," so I did not have too much trouble finding it this time. However, the only Chobani I found was nonfat, not what I was looking for. Good luck finding frozen orange juice, that seemed to take a half a day the first time. The management seems to think hiding products in odd places stimulates sales. Hoeever too much frustration does not encourage return visits.

Im a big fan of this grocery store. Carries a lot of unique products, really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I love doing my grocery shopping here on Saturday mornings because they have a lot of great samples to try. My personal faves: fresh ground peanut butter, the cheese counter, seafood selection, great produce (I usually find a new fruit to try every time I go!), surprisingly affordable.

Its honestly ok. By this is mean that they offer nice and different foods that you would normally not find and they also have some local options. However, the prices can be expensive. To be honest, I believe a lot of various things here are of great quality, however the prices are just too high for my budget (cheaper foods cost a lot more they would elsewhere, even compared to schnucks).
