Turn down the music. Theres no need to have the music so loud that you are forced to talk over it if youre sitting with someone, or so youre forced to listen to the conversations others are having because they have to talk over it. "Were not allowed to..." is a crap excuse. You dont need to be so pedantic and follow every stupid Starbucks rule when a customer asks you to turn the music down. Why does it need to be so loud in there? Some people come in to relax and read or work on a something--most others are in and out in a few minutes. The loud music creates chaos in what should otherwise be a quieter type of setting. This has happened several times when Ive been there.

I ordered smore frappucino. It is supposed to have chocolate in it but i asked them to change it to caramel and they charged me .60$ for it! Damn!!let me tell you!!! When i went to other starbuck place, i dropped my cup on the floor!! And i re-ordered other drink. They knew i dropped it, and you know what?? They didnt charge me!! This is the reason i love starbuck and keep coming!!! But this place just made me so mad!!!! IT IS JUST A REPLACEMENT CHOCOLATE WITH CARAMEL!!!!

Mostly rude employees who are usually talking with themselves on the weekends and dont get your drinks correct. Ask for iced and they give it hot-then sigh when you correct them to iced, and then they just about throw the drink in your lap when they hand you the corrected drink. Somewhat better on weekdays.

Are you driving down 120 towards your familys home where youre going to introduce your girlfriend to your parents and three siblings? Stop here first, grab a coffee, and take a deep breath. Its gonna be okay. Theyll give you a coffee to help you keep your energy level high and, trust me, thats needed.

Great place for meetings, I have had so many meetings at this location. This one is a bit off route 83 on Route 120 so its location isnt as easy to find compared to other similar locations. However, great proximity to the college of Lake county and the downtown Grayslake area.

The staff is always helpful and the service is usually prompt. Parking can be a problem during peak times. Mobile ordering is the way to go. Free Wi-Fi and the restrooms are clean.

Its a bit smaller than some Starbucks but the service is always great, the people are always friendly, quiet & clean, my favorite spot is the umbrella tables on the patio.

Great drive through service, my latte is always the bomb diggity! This spot in particular is great for when the train comes. Get a drink while you wait to cross Rt. 83.

If youre heading west on 120, technically you cant turn left into the parking lot. So I usually enter from the back by first turning left into Sammies parking lot.

I probably go to the drive thru twice a week and Ive never had a problem. Theres usually someone different at the counter but theyve all been friendly!
