Places like this are more of a sometimes-necessary inconvenience more than anything else, often understaffed with long wait times that would give an abnormally bad day at the DMV a run for its money. This store is, unfortunately, no different and unremarkable from a perspective of satisfactory service. After waiting patiently for about 30 minutes, when it was my turn it seemed that the staff member who assisted me was rather curt and dismissive and very bluntly said that I couldnt be helped when the phone I was interested in was out of stock. He didnt volunteer any new information about when the phone would be back in stock, or how I could be better assisted by the company at large. The entire service experience was just dripping with apathy. If youre a Sprint customer, chances are youll be better served by the generally courteous phone staff or by working through their website. Unless they make a change for more effective staffing and a higher level of courteousness and volunteering useful information, chances are youll leave this store with a bad taste in your mouth. I wont be returning here. If I have to go to a physical Sprint location, Ill make the trip to Lincolnwood or Skokie instead.

Surprised by the low star rating maybe its just the new employees but they were extremely helpful in upgrading me to the Iphone 7 plus. I came in knowing what phone I wanted and I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new phone. I was wary with the low ratings but they were the closest sprint store to me and I didnt have much time because I was still on the clock at work but glad I did. Keep up the good work

Had to replace a completely broken iPhone. The associate that assisted me went above and beyond, and made sure that my situation was handled with the utmost persistence and convenience. As difficult as Sprint is to deal with as an overall company, this location will definitely receive a positive review while I am a customer.

Went in thought no one was going to help me lol but then Sonia was the best sales personal there she answered all my questions and went above and beyond her calling I wish all stores had a Sonia. If youre going to become a new customer like me go to one in downtown Evanston best services Extremely nice people.

Understaffed, waited 1/2 hour to get my account information (the pin that I forgot) had to present an ID, all this time for half an hour, ridiculous! At least 6 people in line on a Saturday morning, who knows what the last guy had to wait for

Daneisha... she should be fired and not be hired anywhere else!! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE ! She doesnt know what does that mean probably! She wasnt helpful at all. Horrible experience from this place

Bought a brand new phone and a case, while at home I removed the gel case I noticed my phone had a bad scratch in the back. I will never shop there ever again.
