Oh, but I love coffee. Not the flavored crap, not the chemically, over-processed crap, but dense, strong, delicious coffee. Luckily, after only three weeks in St. Louis I discovered Goshen at Windsors Home and it was LOVE at first sip. Seriously. Just two weeks later at the Strange Folk Festival who happens to be there? The Goshen man and his dangerously wonderful carrot cake. Uh, to say that I wanted to propose to him on the spot is not even and exaggeration. This guy makes the most sinfully delicious carrot cake on the planet and I tell you I am CROSSING the STATE LINE to get me some. Um-hmm. Watch out Goshen Man! I am coming!!
