A great place to stop in for good coffee, friendly service, and some good food! Kool Beanz Cafe may have a questionably spelled name, but you should still stop in. Its a large space with plenty of tables, lots of light near the front, and comfy couches and chairs near the back. Seems like a great place to spend a few hours and get some work done. Or to meet a friend you havent seen in a while, just to catch up. A community-minded space that hosts events and offers some local, handmade goods for sale that would make great gifts.

My kale salad was crunchy, fresh and so flavorful. My lunch guest said his loaded potato soup was excellent. And dessert was DECADENT! Blonde brownie-like, chewey, with caramel, oatmeal maybe and chocolate chips. Then our charming server asked if wed like it warmed up. OMG! Yum O!

The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The owner goes out of her way to meet and greet you when she is there. The employees are all eager to make your visit just that, a visit. While other places want just your business, Kool Beanz wants to get to know you as a person.
