I went to the Crystal Lake, Illinois store to refill a prescription my dog has been on for many years. They were ringing up the prescription for $79.95 for 3 months. I asked if she was sure that was the right price. She said it was.I usually filled it at Walmart for $10.00 for a 90 day supply. CVS wanted eight times what Walmart charges. Also in the past couple of weeks they sent me text messages saying I had prescriptions ready for pick up. No prescriptions were ready. She told me that happens all the time but its not the store its corporate. As if that makes me feel better.

This CVS consistently has the slowest drive thru service Ive ever experienced. They have a second lane just for dropping off, but even that can take up to 15 minutes because the woman inside apparently wants to enter all your info from the RX into their computer while you sit there and wait. And I only know this is the case because I pressed the call button after 10 minutes and asked. They communicate nothing to the customer so you have no idea why youre being made to sit there. One day I waited while 4 cars went through the pickup lane. Ridiculous!

I dont know what these people are thinking with their prices. Just some of the products are over four times the price they are at some of the other local stores. Also front and staff is not very helpful although I have found the pharmacy staff here informative at some point

There have been many, many times i have sat for over a half hour in the drive through or inside, to drop off and to pick up a prescription. Id go else where this location is one of the very few pharmacies that has my medication.

CVS tends to mix up information a lot.. Ive had 3 separate times that I go to pick up my prescription and theyve told me Im not on file. Thats interesting as its the exact same location that I dropped it off at 2 days before.

The pharmacist told me he was unable to search other CVS Pharmacies for the specific drug that I need Im sure if you needed it for himself or one of his family members he would have searched the other CVS Pharmacies for it

The workers have to deal with nasty customers consistently, for dealing with those these workers are fantastic! Great job on being professional girls, and Mark is an awesome pharmacist.

Do not visit the minute clinic. The wait is more like an hour for a flu shot. There is no information about wait times either. Go to the one on Lakewood road.
