This is easily the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Ive never had a prescription filled without a issue on their end. Countless times they claimed they never received it. Bear in mind I work in the doctors office who called them in and a handful I called in myself. The last straw was their failure to notify me of a prescription refill that when I went in to pick up was apparently out of stock and they claimed to have contacted me, which they never did. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they arent worth the time or aggravation. Staff is incompetent.

I really just need to give a shout out to Angie and the entire team at CVS Pharmacy in Lake in the Hills. My Mother retired recently and was switching from Caremark to Medicare. They worked so diligently with me for five days on an issue with an end of coverage date that was incorrect, etc. They were amazing, and because of them we saved well over $600 dollars. Thank you so much CVS for your diligence and patience - I appreciate everything you did for my Parents! :-)

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 star rating I would. Went to fill a prescription and they denied me of my refill "because I wasnt in their area" yet the had an old address of mine in their system still(which they wrote down on my script), and they never bothered to ask me for an ID or current address. If you try and get your pain meds filled here, they will look for any excuse to f**k you over and deny you or make you wait days. Waste of time going here.

This pharmacy is a disgrace. I had 3 prescriptions sent in from my doctor and Im now on my 4th visit to try to get the prescriptions filled. If I ever get this last prescription....Im never going to this location again. I recommend that no one goes there.....very unorganized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I come here all the time and Ive never had a single problem. If I call to get a prescription ready it only takes 15 minutes or less I feel sorry for the people working at the pharmacy you can tell that this CVS is a very busy location. The employees do an outstanding job

This CVS pharmacy is the best. There is now one closer to me, but I still drive the extra few miles for this pharmacy. They are extremely professional, fun and willing to help.
