Not a fan of the grooming department. Ive taken my dog to Petsmart for grooming for years, where they we so welcoming and very helpful, and my dog came back looking great. However at this location, each time, I felt like I was an inconvenience for asking them to do something for my dog. Maybe it was those individuals but my goodness who spit in your coffee? I get it, pet parents can be a little crazy but if Im paying that price, I should be a bit particular. Ive chosen to go to another grooming business where the price is the same but the customer service is excellent. As for the rest of the store, everyone seemed nice and was clean.

I have a 4 month old Maltese puppy who desperately needs a full groom. I made my appointment ahead of time and dropped her off asking for the groom. 3 hours later I pick her up and am told me they cant cut her hair because she is too feisty. In the end my puppy basically gets what equates to a puppy trim (I paid $50). What surprises me most is that she was there for 3 hours (last time I got a puppy trim it look an hour) and her eyes are cut perfectly; I would think that if she was being feisty they wouldnt be able to cut around her eyes that well. I am never taking her to Petsmart for grooming again.

The worse . Service was piss poor. The rooms are garbage. Dont get me started on theyre disgraceful breakfast . We made the reservation blindly, from another state . Then we arrived too late to cancel. THATS the only reason we stayed the night . Checkout is at 11 am . We left at 9 . If that was the last hotel in town . Everywhere else was booked . Id say : sleep in your car

They do a good job at keeping all of the products stocked on the shelves. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The grooming department does a good job on my dog, especially Gabby.

PetSmart is conveniently located near by to grab pet food, toys, or any other relation to pet items. The staff is really friendly here! The grooming service here is great too!

I go too the pet clinic in the store and usually browse/buy things for my pets while Im there. Staff if friendly and helpful. Clinic staff is wonderful.
