Fui un Lunes muy temprano en la mañana y el servicio del delito pésimo yo era la única persona y se tardaron mucho tiempo en atenderme y bien de mala gana. Fui enfrente a hablar con la manager y era exactamente el mismo servicio pésimo, jamás regreso a esa tienda y a todas mis amistades les platico para que tengas cuidado

I bought a few pounds of chicken breast and at the time of cooking emanated something sticky. I returned with the rest of the product uncooked to the store for a refund but the customer service person and another person were discussing whether they would return to the full amount of money I had paid or only one part ... I explained that I was not satisfied With quality and walk out of the store ... I think they preferred to lose a regular customer than the value of two pounds of product that were missing.

Hoy llegamos a comer y sólo había 3 clientes además de nosotros, pedimos 2 caldos de res y tardaron 35 min. En llevar la comida a nuestra mesa!! Pedimos una gordita y tbien tardaron mucho más!!! Este negocio esta decayendo en atención justa.

They have horrible service! They used to have good food and service and now everything sucks! I order a gordita and waitress told me ill be back with your gordita and left and never came back. I had to re order it and they brought me a gordita that look that was made the day before. I return it for another one and staff DID NOT APOLOGIZE!! Very RUDE!! They need to change the staff in this location. Overall i wouldnt recommend this place to people! Not satisfied customer!!

I went shopping at La and the food was a week from being out dated the fries had ice in the bag they were freezer burn if was bad**One thing I dont get bout la chiquta is I go in shopping al the time : I were buying the butter peacan ice cream bout 4 or 5 times a week and they just stop sale ing it y would they stop sale ing things thats being bought the lady there say its discont. Please order more its centrala ice cream butter peacan

i can only speak on the restaurant part of Supermercado La Chiquita, their food is ok. We dont eat here as much as we use to, a combination of bad service and cold food are the reason for the 3 star rating. This place is still ok that we might stop by here and eat maybe once every 3 or 5 months to see if if the food and service has improve. I would still recommend in the case that they hired new cooks and new waiters/waitresses .

I received my food like 7 minutes before everyone else so I finished when everyone was receiving their food. My dad, who ordered chilaquiles, had to ask for his food just to end up with some chips with salsa and cheese on top. On top of all of that the server was really slow and we had to remind her about what we got for drinks and other simple things. So.... 4 stars for the taste and 3 for the overall experience.

I go there for lottery tickets girl at counter stiffed me for $5. I gave her a 10 and she claimed wasnt a 10 in drawer and they wouldnt count money so I could leave with correct amount. Doubting they will call me back after they count it at closing (i went in at about 9:30am) :-/ not going back.

The meat here is fresh and the lowest in the area. Also I appreciate that they carry Puerto Rican brands of food. There deli is diverse and they usually have fresh French bread. They also carry a reasonable selection of liquor at fair prices.
