ZERO (0) STARS...Horrible service and repeatedly rotten meats. NEVER shop at this location. I thought this would be a good addition to the neighborhood, but was SO wrong. Ive shopped there 4 times and never will again because I had to return bad chicken twice. Worse is that when I went to return it, 2 managers didnt want to refund my money or give me an exchange and I argued with them for 15 minutes. When I said its just good policy to give me an exchange or refund since the chicken was bad when I bought it, 1 of them repeatedly told me "I dont care." When a third manager decided to refund my money I said Id give them a good review and walked to the register for the refund. The other 2 got so mad that 1 of them followed me to the register and rudely talked to me through the process while the cashier refunded it and then loudly told me that he didnt like this and I should shop at Walmart from now on. While I got my refund, minus the taxes, Im disgusted with the service and afraid of food poisoning. Even if you dont mind being treated rudely, you should at least avoid death or hospitalization from food poisoning.

Since the 1st time I came here I drop all my other supermarkets and made this my go to store. Pros ... Biggest variety in fresh fruits and veggies. Everything about the produce is amazing. Deli super clean and nice ppl. Vegan products, EXTREMELY organized and I cant get passed how clean they keep the place. Digital price tags. Bakery, liquor, carnerceria, spacious, modern they have it ALL. Cons ... Girls restroom floor is super glossy. almost like a mirror. Makes for what feels like "little privacy." Lastly they have double scanned produce or quantity not accurate on fresh produce. Example cilantro 3 for $1 they may charge you the $1 even if you have one. Just be cautious. This wont stop me from shopping there. Nor should it stop you. Just be aware. Still best Cermak EVER.

I will never ever park in the garage again. I saw someones car almost get hit because it went down, and just closed. A car was in front of me and it opened after awhile then closed again and others were lining up behind me. Called the store multiple times, and was told "you have to move your car back, then up again." Well, there is a whole row of cars. How can I do that?!? I begged for someone to come back and open it the third time I called, and she said whats wrong? And I guess thought I was prankimg or something, even though Im in tears and upset. I would rather make the drive to Marianos, and you guys need to fix that door, because if it hits someone, Im sure you will be sued. I am shaken up and dont even feel like buying the $120 of food that I bought.

This is a brand new much needed grocery store and I for the most part love it, though it would be 5 Stars if their prepared hot foods were a little better with a wider selection. OTOH they have the bachelors special, $5 rotisserie chicken, so you cant go wrong with that. Lets call it 4.5 stars. The meat and produce is fresh, always reasonably priced and sometimes dirt cheap. Even the shelf items arent too expensive, unlike say Petes Fresh Market. This is a very good, big, clean and well run grocery store.

1. Incredible prices, way lower than Tonys, Marianos and any other retailer in the area. 2. Quality is superb. You wont find fresher produce anywhere else. All their beef is Certified Angus Beef, you wont know by the price, but every single steak I have tried is delicious. 3. Parking is super conveniet, outdoor or indoor parking, this will be huge when its 20 below outside with 10+ inches of snow. 4. Great hot foods selection. I told my wife to stop packing my lunch. I rather eat here everyday.

Beautiful shopping experience with wide variety of items, Well organized & spacious. Rather expensive unless one sticks rigidly to the sales. Digital price screens are dim, not very ez to read (black on deep gray), & oz or lb unit price comparisons not prominent. I liked the cyber price idea of course, until I had to strain to make out simple price & description, having unpleasant flashbacks to early digital alarm clocks which could drive u batty. (Yes, Im older than God & dirt.)

I will never step foot inside the store again!!! 1. The prices are too high, almost the same Marianos. 2. They dont have paper bags for your groceries just in case you dont want to pay for their plastic bags. 3. You cant push the cart next to your car to unload your groceries, Because they have barricaded the entrance with big blocks which prevents the cart from going to the parking lot. So imagine how are you going to get you groceries to your vehicle.

Since opening up in the neighborhood, this has been our go to grocery store. The breads are baked there and so tasty. The bakery has a huge selection of desserts and cakes... And they even have an area for you to have tacos freshly made in front of you and also a hot food bar that you can get food by the pound. Never have had a bad experience there... and so glad that I havent. The area has changed so much and this is a welcome addition to it..

Seriously the best grocery store ever. Unlike Marianos where everything is overpriced and the employees look miserable (I dont blame them, but the environment), this place is cheerful, consistently inexpensive, and everyone who works there seems genuinely friendly. The managers are always walking around, greeting people, and one employee (Omar H) even offered to help me out to the car. That customer service just makes it a great place to shop.

I love the whole store specially the produce spot very colorful. The hot food section oh my gosh, the food is delicious and everything is made fresh. Ill be coming again and again because I love the store and what they have to offer for their customers. Good thing they have a parking lot inside so we can take our cart with us and not wait outside. Over all very well done with the store and presentation, love it.

Just moved to the area and am very happy that this just opened up! The place is very clean, nice and easy to navigate. I love that they have hot food ready to take home and eat. My favorite are the carnitas! Missing a star as anything that is no produce is priced a bit high. There are certain items that I have to go to Marianos or TJs for. Overall its very convenient and nice to be in.

This is a great grocery store that caters to the neighborhood. With lots of traditional hispanic foods and an amazing and extremely affordable selection of produce, you can do almost all of your shopping here. Plenty of organic/gluten free options to choose from. There are taco and gelato bars in the back right next to the delicatessen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor parking.

Love this store. Great selection and prices. Very happy to discover their growing selection of organic produce and meats. The spacious indoor parking is also an unexpected pleasure (you can take your cart there). Could not have been more impressed with Temo, store manager--amazing customer service from a professional who truly listens and makes a difference. Well be back!
