Check out their reviews from Yelp & Facebook. I wish I believed them. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else, horrific service. Staff doesnt really seem to care. I get my eye exam after 45 minutes on a day they told me they are fully open. Even though I had an appointment. There was only 3 other customers in the whole store??? After I complain on the wait, I get checked and it wasnt even by the official doctor. Prescription said 1.75 & 1.75. thats odd I had another exam 2 weeks ago and I was 1.5 & 1.75. Than the insurance wasnt going through, as they had to wait 24 hours for the approval. They said they will call me same day. They refused to give me the prescription which was Infront of the cashier. Its been two days. Obviously they didnt care. Their attitude changed when they found out Im only there for the exam and wont be getting their frames which are priced outrageously, even for a mall. Now Im not even going to call them back. I rather take my money else where.

I needed to get my mom in to see an optomotrist right away and started calling around to find a place that had an appointment on short notice. After calling 5 places with no avail I came across vision works. I was apprehensive on even calling because of the 1 star review but I did and they had an opening. From ylthe second we walked in the staff quickly helped my disabled mom find frames in our budget, the technician which performed her pre test was amazing. My mom is disabled and the girl remained very patient with her. I wish I had he name. After that we met Dr BlattBerg. He was a God send. He was very professional, intelligent, , patient and seemed like a wonderful man. There prices were very reasonable. I expect the best for my mom and we got it here.

Staff sucks here. Dont waste your time. Came in to purchase contacts because I had a rip in mine and had to convince the employee to give me a trial pair to take home after buying a 6 months supply. Ended buying contacts on 1.800.contacts also and received them in a few days and for cheaper. I forgot about the contacts I purchased here and never received a call reminding me that I still had my contacts at visionworks. 4 months later. Called to make sure they still had them and had to speak to an un professional, ghetto employee stating that they have too many patients to call and remind customers that they have paid product left at the store. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I was previously an Americas Best customer, but Alejandro helped me order a much better pair of glasses than the other guys. Thinner lenses, better quality frame. No comparison!!
