BUYER BEWARE!!! NO INTEGRITY!! I THOUGHT I was a valued customer at Royal Beauty, having spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars over a 10+ year period. That is, UNTIL they sold me a defective wig that I wished to a SIMPLE EXCHANGE the very next day for another of the same item. It was then they acted as if they NEVER KNEW ME! When you have a problem with their merchandise is when you see who they Really Are! They are so friendly, lovey dovey, rubbing on you and playing and smiley-smiley but try to return something defective they sold to you = DIFFERENT BALL GAME! The old, unsightly WITCH of an owner told me she couldnt care LESS if I never shopped there again. To lose hundreds more of future dollars because you are too cheap to exchange an obviously unworn defective $40 wig??!! This is how they do business. They think Black Women are their slaves because of the desire or need for Weaves and Wigs, but there are Beauty Supply stores on Every Block on the South Side! They will never see another red CENT of mine or anyone in MY family AGAIN!

Racist and rude. They follow you around and generally talk to you like you are crazy and they dont need your business. The extremely rude cashier forgot to put some of my items in the bag contacted them I was met with nothing but mess, lies and accusations. This is what I get for looking pass the treatment of others during my past visits. Never again!
