Well, I ordered a Dermablend Caramel Beige cover Creme on April 6, 2016 and it took until today May 17 when I inquired what happened to my order, for the company to get back to me. Exactly 1 month and 11 days before I asked what happened. They said it had been on back order and that it would be shipped as soon as they got it. Havent received anything since April 6, not any notification that they were sending it out or anything asking if I would like a refund or perhaps a different product. Is it their company policy to keep customers waiting for their orders this long? Or maybe they hope they will forget? I asked for a refund which will take 7 days for me to get. The company has not offered any compensation for my extra long wait. Extremely poor customer service. P.S. They are still selling the creme on the site, I wonder if they should add that you might be waiting for a month or more for your stuff if it is not in stock? Oh yeah, when I ordered it, it took a couple of days to be informed it was on back order as well. Thanks. I could have ordered from someone else. P.S.S. They offered me 25% off my next purchase! Thanks but no thanks! For a month and a half wait, whatevs. Keep your 25 percent and put it where the sun dont shine.

BUYER BEWARE! This business will take your money for items they do not have to sell. Theres good reason they have an "F" rating from The Better Business Bureau. I placed an order for 8 products on 6/4/17. About a week later, I received the shipment, but only 3 items were in the box. The other 5 items were listed on the invoice as backordered, but with no expected date of arrival. All 8 products were shown as in stock when I place the order online. I never received an email regarding any delays. Over a month later, still missing 5 items. Most businesses will not charge your credit card until back ordered items are actually shipped. SKIN 1 charges you immediately, then you have to try to get your money back for products they never even had in the first place. Sounds like a scam, eh? When you call to complain about their terrible customer service, they tell you they have no way to show on their site what is in or out of stock, that you have to call to see what is available. HUH? Hey, its 2017, join the modern age & update your site. Unless your goal is to cheat people, right? Which, apparently, is standard operating practice for SKIN 1.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Customer Service. Takes someone 3 days to respond to an email and their line is ALWAYS busy. Can never get through to speak with someone. I ordered some face wash and someone calls me 3 days AFTER I placed my order to let me know the product had been on back order and said just about 1 week. I try to get in contact with someone after 2 weeks had passed and sent an email in regards to the order, took someone 3 days to get back to me just to tell me this item is back ordered another TWO WEEKS!!!! I requested my money back & it has now been 2 days and havent gotten a reply. 3rd days a charm?!?! Needless to say I will NEVER order from this company again. They need to have listed on their site when an order is unavailable and when it is expected. Not take someones money and keep telling them next week next week next week.

Horrible experience. my order was placed over a month ago and i still have not received my full shipment. When I placed the order it said that I would receive my shipment in 3-6 days. I received half of my shipment 14 days after the order was placed and as of today, 40 days later, I am still waiting for the rest of my order. When I received my partial order there was a rubber stamp stating the second item was on back order and that i would receive it in 14 days. NO OTHER CORRESPONDENCE for Skin1. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

Terrible. I ordered a product two months ago and still havent received it. They charged my credit card at the time of ordering. Each time I have called them to inquire they tell me the product is on back order. Today I called, cancelled my order and hopefully will receive a credit. The product is still offered on their website. It should be removed until they have availability. Reading other reviews it appears their business model is to take orders, charge credit cards and use other peoples money until they ask for credit. Disgusting.

Just called them today in the morning to ask about an item they show available in their website. This person name GLORIA came on the phone and without even listening to me she said stop calling us. How can a person be so rude and un professional without even listening to you! I do not know this company and it was the first time I tried calling them, If a sales person treat the customers like this then GOOD LUCK! I do not recommend this people at all and from the first call I made I can tell they are not legit and will rip you off.

My first order with Skin1 has been a disaster. I ordered 5 eye pencils on August 10. I have received 3 in 3 different shipments strung out over the last month, packed individually, in boxes with bubble wrap and tissue. Really? A small padded envelope wouldnt do the trick? They have had to have spent more in packing and shipping then the pencils are worth. I have made multiple calls to the company and have not gotten anywhere. Im still trying to track down my last 2 pencils. It is now September 10. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do not order from this company. They sell and bill you for product that they do not have in stock. Typically, reputable companies bill you at the time shipment occurs. NOT PRIOR! I have called Skin-1 three (3) times to check on my order. They do not notify you if there is a problem. I am always told "it should ship out next week" for an answer. This company is a distributor and does not always answer the phone. There are may other places you can order the product, and get better and faster service.

Skin 1 has very good sales. The customer service is great and I receive my merchandise in a reasonable amount of time with free shipping. I wish they would start selling Amore Pacific but they have a huge selection at good prices when they offer a sale. Happy customer.

I have always loved the facials I get from Angel. Problem is that It is aSaturday and I have been calling all morning to get an appointment and the phone just rings and rings. No answer. I am wondering if this business has closed which would be a shame !

Seems like they dont actually stock stuff. Everything you order will get back-ordered and theyre probably buying it after the order is made. Cheap prices but probably not worth the wait.
