I am the owner of Bibya Hair Design and visiting Chicago on 7/18/2016 around 5:30 pm I went to this beauty Supply Store. As soon as I entered into the store the Gentleman on the counter asked me have you been here before? I responded "No" He said it is not for the public store and he did not even allow me to look around the stuff in the store. I was surprise instead of creating comfort for the customers he created hurdles for me. I, very honestly do not appreciate That it is a decent way of doing business. I gave 2 stars only because at least he let me pickup the business information from the store.
