Very poor services , for a mostly professional audience surprised! Their service is deplorable, rude is the word to describe their textbook manager, this is in 2017. Do not buy books go to Amazon, save money and frustration, the difference can be hundreds of dollars, for struggling students this is significant. Northwestern administration should review their contract with this abusive company if they truly care about their students.
