I had such a great experience with Ideal Family Eye Care. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. I have always found it super easy to call and make an appointment here. I have never had to wait for a long time. I really like the doctor Sylwia Szewczyk. Shes young, nice and takes her time during the eye exam. Doctor Sylwia is very helpful and is willing to help you fit the frames you want into your budget (as much as she can)... especially if you dont have vision coverage. She has been my eye doctor for four years now. The retail section offers a wide variety of basic and luxury frames. The fitting was conducted by a charming gentleman who showed me the best way to care for my lenses and gifted me a bottle of lens cleaner as well. I definitely recommend Ideal Family Eye Care for their selection, dedicated staff, clean/comfy environment, and uncomplicated processes!

First of all is overpriced.we took our daughter s there because they were accepted all kids insurance.this past February when my wife took the kids there I told her to make sure that they accept the insurance, before they see the kids.everthing was ok with them and the examination finished.after a month they called me to say that the insurance wouldnt cover the visit.are you kidding me? I told them that it was their mistake you shouldnt proceed if dont make sure you accept the insurance. I wouldnt pay 350 dollars there.very rude people also from their finance department.

Dr. Szewczyk is a great doctor, very profesional and great with kids. Her staff is the nicest :). My son, Dominik, was was delighted during his check-up visit. Doctors assistent explained in a clear and simple way every procedure to him and after the pre-screen let him look through the equipment. He had a blast :). Doctor Szewczyk answered all my questions and concerns, I never felt rushed in any way. She simply cares about her patients , makes them feel comfortable. I knew I could ask any question and she would take her time and explained/calmed all my concerns.
