HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY! I loved my experience at Dress To Impress and found the store incredibly simple to navigate. The employees were incredibly helpful and made it easy to find what I needed. After dropping a few hundreds on some new clothes for Christmas (The selection is truly incredible by the way), I came back several days later to tailor my suits. The seamstress came out and got specific measurements for me and had the clothes ready right when I needed them. They were tailored perfectly, and I couldnt have asked for better. The manager is also very nice and treats customers great! I had no problem what so ever shopping here and cannot wait for my next visit to this store!

My experience here was horrible! I wish I can give a rating of no star because this place should be closed down! I was cursed at and mistreated after telling the owner about a mistake that was made with my son suit. He did not like that I pointed out his mistake so he became very disrespectful and I would not ever recommend this business to no one or do business here ever again! I suggest to whoever is reading this review to not order or do business here because the manager has no respect for women or children based on my experience!

Yes i can agree that management were mean if asked more than one question.I wont drop names but the short owner threw my sons jacket so hard behind the counter, once we asked about deals that were posted.simply because we received final bill it was totally different from the posted package deal price.I had to leave for a minute gather my thoughts and pray,humbled myself and went back.I will never recommend nor mention this place to anyone, EVER.

Poor customer service. I tried to order a product. I received no promised phone calls. I came in on pickup day to find the ordered product was still not there. They didnt want to give a refund and had the nerve to try to charge a fee. Please! I waited some time, came back in, still no product. I finally got a refund but sadly only after I mentioned the district attorneys office.

Went into the store on Western Ave to purchase a suit and 2 shirts and slacks I was in the store at least 5 min no bothered ask if I needed help so when I asked about a shirt in the window the helper not sales person pointed me to some corner of the store so as I was leaving out someone ask did anyone help you, I told him No I would never shop there again

Everyone was excellent nice and very attentive to my needs. But the older guy the day before my prom I picked up my items. Left the store not paying attention left without trying my slacks on. Took them back he had a nasty attitude and was being rude . But the other workers were great the low rating is because of him

spent 500 bucks friday the 12 of june went back to get clothes which they had to tailor noticed 4 days later 2 walking suits 30 percent off asked to get the 30 percent off they told me sale was final and that was it did not care how i felt very nasty about it please stay away from dress to impress

I took my nephew shopping here for his prom. The shoes we got did not match so we went back to exchange them only to be told we could not .The manager was rude and nasty. I will never shop here again.

Not a good one at all. They have the wrong people inside working for them. I would suggest they rehire employees and screen much better. To easy to shop on line and save the hassle.
