A lot of the stores are going out of business which is great because of all of the sales but as they slowly one by one actually leave the mall its becoming very dry and mundane there. The stores that are still going strong arent bad, most of them seem to have the same inventory every time you stop in. Last time I went I saw they are turning one of the spaces from an old store into archery tag and orb soccer among a few other things. So theres still some hope.

This mall is pretty good! If youre from a big city and used to a huge mall with endless stores, you probably wont be impressed. East land mall has the popular stores. The only complaint I have with this mall is the food court. The restaurants are not good and the food court area is not very clean! The only place I recommend eating here is chick fil a.

Food court sucks. No good choices for clothing. Layout of mall is weird and outdated. You can feel the floor in uneven when walking down the hallways. Security is always standing around talking to people. Parking lot is also confusing; many potholes, lines need to be repainted, and the stoplight on Empire is terrible

1/10 would recommend this mall. Macys left, JC Penny is on their way out the door. Unless youre going to Ulta dont bother. It appears dated, with a weird layout, and very few stores. Lastly, there is almost no where to eat. In a city with more restaurants per capata than anywhere in the US, this location is LACKING.

This mall is terrible who ever owns the mall not doing a good job put more stuff in the mall the foodcourt is really terrible they only have 2 restaurants not much tables to sit at I dont like the new look bring back the tables they play music everyday at the mall there music really gets annoying

Disappointed stores are leaving. Not enough stores to interest me. Ive been going on Auroras fox valley Mall. Its 2 story & has nice places to shop. Their food court is great. Eastland mall food court is bland. It doesnt really offer anything that I cant drive down Veterans & get someplace else.

Sad to see more stores closing, online shopping is killing malls. I also use online for hard to find items and must admit at times just for convenience. If we shop in the stores and then buy online there wont be any stores to shop at before long. All of us need to shop local as much as possible.

This is a decent mall, and I would rate it higher except that the food court selection is mediocre for a mall of its size. Furthermore, many of the mall stores are closing reducing our selection. Now the store that are there I find to be quite nice. Everyone I talk to are polite and helpful.

The mall has a decent selection of stores. There are fewer stores for my personal taste than there used to be, but it still has a lot of food stuff. As I have gotten older, I appreciate the kids play are more and more. It is a nice place for my kid to run off some energy in the winter.

It would be great to see better options at the food court and also the mall lacks few good brands like Hollister, H&M and Fitch! It should not close at 6 on a Sunday!! For basic urgent shopping it is a good option but Bloomington definitely needs a Better standard.

Hit JCPennys and Victoria Secret. Crazy Sales at Pennys. Izzi at Victoria Secret was so helpful. She found me the perfect size and style I was looking for. A couple I didnt even know I was looking for. A great shopping experience today!

This is a very sad mall. I would rather drive to Peoria, and Northwoods isnt much better. There just isnt very many stores here. The good: American Eagle, Earthbound Trading Co., and Ulta. There is no Sephora in JC Penney either.

While some stores have closed it remains a quality place to visit and shop. Food court has a few places left but is not the place of even 3 years ago. Hopefully you will see a new addition there as well as new shops this year.

Macys is closing, losing one on the anchor stores is too bad. Sears is struggling. Penneys is just OK. Only Kohls and Bergners seem to be doing well. Food court is half empty, several other mall spaces are vacant too.

Gone downhill. Rent for stores is so overpriced that they r losing businesses. Making this once popular mall into a graveyard. JC Penney Macys Sears mc sporting goods. Things remembered, Debs, and much more gone

Its a fine shopping mall with many store options. Nothing too flashy but it will have most of what youre looking for in a mall. The food court is lacking but there are many dining options close by.

Need to bring in some newer stores ASAP. A Bass Pro store and a Dollar Store (Dollar Tree, or similar) and an actual popular restaurant would help. Too bad they didnt land Portillos there.

This mall needs to close down. The power has been out for 2 hours and there is no point for employees or people to be here in unsafe coniditons. Make the call and let us go home. Thanks

Decent mall. Has most of the shops you would expect a mall to have. Limited in size to the number of stores possible. The best thing about the mall is the cheese steak place.

My son and I were going to the store Hot Topic because there was a certain item my son wanted that only they carry. They went out of business. We went to Game Stop instead.

The overall layout of this one story mall is very strange and easy to get disoriented and lost in. Not your typical design. Need to leave a trail of breadcrumbs next time!

This mall is slowly dying. The food court doent have much to offer anymore and so many stores are closing down. I wouldnt go at all if Kohls and Old Navy were to close.

We love resting between stores with a Gloria Jeans coffee and pretzel bites. Very nice place to shop, visit with friends or family, or just walk around with the kids.

It was okay. Lots of empty stores. Pennys in process of closing. Stopped by on a Friday night. Not very busy. Looked like Sales people were bored. Not many customers.

Stores are pulling out and that hurts the place. Food court is huge and wonderful for meeting up, but the place is starting to lose quality. Used to be much nicer.

The mall is really going down-hill, it seems all the shops are always closing down. It use to be a fun place I enjoyed going to. Now it just feels empty really.

Stores come and go often. Not the most chic stores for young adults. Hollister and Debs moved out within the past year which isnt a good sign for the mall.

Not what it used to be, but still has good stores. With a quick remodel to brighten up the place and add a few new stores, this mall could be great again.
