I used to work here this places security has become a little irate their customer service skills are horrible they told a bunch of people not to sit on the benches... wait what?? You cannot sit on a bench during shopping hours? You have to shop? And Im not saying like if you havent even shopped yet but if you have a ton of bags and you just sit down to relax your legs or even have a conversation its not allowed this happened today where a guy became angered by 3 of the security guards there that told him that him and his girlfriend could not sit down after shopping at the mall having a good time and told them you cannot sit down you have to shop but they were shopping they took two minutes to relax and have a conversation that was ridiculous you cannot tell people who have bought items at a place that they cannot sit down.. no customer service skills at all that is not how you treat customers the only reason that mall is surviving is because of people buying items there.. the only reason those security guards have a job is due to the businesses inside the mall that keep their doors open for their customers and pay their bills these security guards should know that but I suppose they do not and I yes did work at that mall and if I still did and saw that I would have personally walked out and stated they bought items here they can sit down not to mention they did it to another an employee at a store located at the mall until this is fixed I will keep my 1 star rating and if you do not believe that I worked there I used to work at lids you can go ask for yourself thank you and to future customers if you have bought something and wish to sit and relax in the mall and are told to keep shopping and you cannot sit down go to one of the stores and complain to management of said store and then ask for the owners name they have to give it due to rights

Its a good mall for the local area. Its convenient for the local townspeople. I think the vacancies should be filled with stores such as: Hollister, H&M, Gymboree, Ross, Forever21, Maurices, Michaels, etc. Those are just some examples. I personally think itll attract more tourists, and I think itll attract more of the townspeople. Itll definitely be different, and itll be a great improvement to this mall being that it doesnt have a second story in the building.

Dont stand in the parking lot talking after you shop here. Theres no standing or conversations on the property. Security here is a joke. "Your not doing anything wrong and just no loitering" is that how you treat your customers? No worries wont ever come here again. Your business ethics and values are far from center. Cant tell if he was tripping on my black friend or really, theres no stopping on your way out of the mall. Either way terrible business values

The Santa Claus at the mall this year is fabulous I dont know if its the same every year. We have seen him twice so far and each time he has taken the the time to listen to my son and even myself. The first time we did purchase a picture but the second time we did not and it wasnt pushed on us at all either times. I would definitely recommend this Santa, he is kind and seems to enjoy the role. Edgewater certainly has a pleasant location fronting the Gulf of Mexico. It would be wonderful if a streetscape of stores and restaurants were developed overlooking that setting. The Dillards at Edgewater is one of the best fashion department stores along the Gulf Coast, with spacious sections for the mens store, handbags and cosmetics.

Our local mall has a good selection of stores and it is well rounded. Most of the stores have pretty regular sales that make them great places to shop. The mall is clean and well-kept and the food court serves great food. It doesnt have a movie theater, but its still a great mall.

Small mall but also the only mall around. The food court is small but amazing chinese! The smaller shops come and go alot. But there is a nice seletion of permanent shops and very festive for holidays. I gave it 4 stars for its small size, im from orlando, im used to huge malls lol

Its a nice place but I wish there was more to it!! They seem to be bad about keeping stores. One minute theres a new store and the next its gone and replaced with another store. Ive been to other malls before and its sad to say but theres is better.

Best small malls go, this one is not bad. There is plenty of parking even during peak hours. The food mall has a wide variety of restaurants. They have WiFi there. And there are some interesting small stores that I have not seen in other malls.

This is a decent shopping mall. The food court is pretty standard. The mall itself is not as large as most, but does have a decent variety of stores. However, the Beachside location as wonderful and theres plenty of restaurants in the area.

I hadnt been here in 4 years and let me just say it has definitely improved over the years. It used to be a joke with only a couple stores and the place was just a dump. But now it actually looks like a mall, its still small but its a mall.

Its a nice single-floor mall. Clean inside. There is a JCPenney, Dillards, Macys and several other smaller stores. The beach is within viewing distance of the mall, and there are plenty of places to eat inside and outside the mall.

Has all your anchor department stores, but seems to have trouble keeping the smaller spaces full of stores. Lost its main restaurant a year ago and hasnt replaced it. My kids love the climbing wall and merry go round though.

Now a days, a mall has to be pretty awesome to actually attract people and get them to want to physically go and shop there. Well, this place is still going hard and strong while many malls in the southeast have perished.

Not too many stores to choose from. The mall was clean, there was a pretty cool sand art wall. We went to go to Victorias secret which was understaffed but still maintained a great level of friendliness and helpfulness

One of the Worst ! How about a 100 % no smoking policy including E -Cigs 4-19-17: Just got back from Grapevine Mills Mall in Dallas. I dont think I can ever step foot in this place again !!

There are a lot of stores to look at with a variety of different things. Personally, the maritime museum and the puzzle store are my favorite. The maritime museum is a must see
