The security guards and police there were harassing a customer of course hes African-American telling him that he was disrespectful to the mall security. The guy was like so. He was not loud or obnoxious. The customer did not feel like he was a child and they were all trying to treat him like one. I kindly returned everything I had purchased from all the stores and told my 8 year old son in front of them that you should never be treated like that. Based upon what we observed, the security guard spoke to the man and he did not speak back. The security guard spoke again and the customer laughed. He then asked him to see his ID. The customer said why do I have to show you that. The security guard said because you do. Th customer walked away and then the police and security were both talking to him about being disrespectful and that he needed to show him his ID. The man said why and they kept hounding him about it. I kindly said to the man that he should, get their badge numbers and names, call and report it, but comply even though they have no probable cause. I then told my son that we were going to return everything we bought and go eat somewhere else. They left the man alone, but it still was incorrect to do in the 1st place. I nor my family will be going back.

I understand that this mall is not the most hygienic or clean in the food court. But I went today to get a piece of pizza they get a fresh pizza out of the oven she touches the side of the crust with no gloves on cuts the pizza wipes her face with her hands pick the pizza up with a spatula puts it on a plate and I said Im really sorry I needed that to go. (Which I did tell her) she goes okay no problem she reaches around to the girl behind her that is swiping her hand down her backside. And ask for the pepperoni the girl then takes her ungloved hand and grabs a stack of pepperoni sticks it on my pizza with the hand that she just wiped down her ass. Hands me the pizza as if Im actually going to eat it. No one in line had on gloves and were touching their faces clothes etc. Then touching the food and serving it. Absolutely disgusting! Dont you all have health code standards? Isnt this a violation? Nasty nasty.

This mall is a nice one. One of my favorites! It has many stores, and escalators (plus a transparent elevator which is nice to go in)! The food court has a lot of choices (including Sbarros and Cinnabon, which are hard to find!) I love the variety of stores here. Its a nice, large mall, and I also want to note the dome inside of Macys. I thought that was a nice touch, and its really pretty honestly. If you go into Macys, youll see the large dome inside. Its a great mall. Its a live mall; filled with people and places to shop. The atmosphere here is nice, not the best, but its pretty nice. There are a few empty stores here, but that happens, and Ive seen a lot more than the ones here before.

For the Missourian who said they have bigger malls than St Clair Square, only one mall in the St Louis side has 4 anchor stores, and more than 140 stores- Mid Rivers Mall. The others either contain 3 anchors, or less than 140 stores. This mall is huge! It has 4 anchors, 140 stores, and now a new shopping complex was added in front on the parking lot, so when added to it, brings the total to 160 stores, thats more than any mall in the St Louis region! If you want selection, this mall at the intersection of I-64 and Highway 159, this is your mall. NO MALL in St Louis has more stores in one area than St Clair Square, it is the largest mall by total stores available.

Pretty standard mall. There is a train for young kids to ride and is reasonably priced, which was fun for my 4year old. It had all the normal mall shops and we found everything we needed. Santa was there, so we got photos with Santa taken. But be warned that it is pricey and the photos are not up to any kind of quality really. They did let us take a few since my son looked miserable, so that was nice. Super easy to get to, which is always a plus, and across the street from a non-mall shopping center so its very convenient.

I give this mall a 4 out of 5, since I am from Missouri and we have much bigger malls there. The reason I rank this little mall so highly though, is because they have a wide variety of stores for their size and their prices are usually really good. They have a Buckle Jeans, which I love and a Victoria Secrets as well. I love the Macys and Dillards here as well. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Illinois side for something.

Great place to shop!! I often frequent Torrids. The atmosphere is great when I am there. The employees are so helpful, and always nice. The sale associates know me by name. Which is always nice. Heres are a few outfits that I liked, and though they where super cute. While I was picking up a order that I purchased on line.. They have online purschasing that you can pick up at any store of your choice. I love love this place.

Had the keys to a rental car stolen here. Is it St Claires fault? No, of course not. But guards at the mall did not care whatsoever. When I rang the bell for the guard to open the darkened glass privacy window, he was clearly watching pornography on his phone!!! when he took my name and phone number he wrote my info on what appeared to be a peice of trash. i hate this place!!!

This mall has a lot of stores that cater only to very thin women, clothing wise. They are starting to add more store that accommodate bigger women, but the selection is small and expenssive. The stores are always moving and changing making navigation a little difficult. The bathrooms are hardly ever clean.

Teen gangs run rampant around the mall, fighting, shoplifting, mugging patrons and dealing dope. Fairview Heights cops are called out here on a continuous basis due to teenagers with weapons and other various crimes. Its much safer to go to the Galleria. Many of the shops have closed up, as well.

i had an awesome experience at this location. Myron was a great guy, very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me come up with the best phones and plans to suit my familys needs. He answered every questions I had . That was something that confirmed I was at the right place. Great job

This place was pretty nice. We enjoyed a game at one store where you get to go into these big balls and roll around bumping into each other. It is pretty descent size mall and plenary of food on the upper levels. The Chinese food wasnt so great, but the cheese steak place was very good.

Visited this mall for a short amount of time (was waiting to take over as driver for a charter bus) and walked through most of the mall looking for a bag and was impressed with the selection of stores and the cleanliness of the mall in general as well as the restrooms.
