With two young children we still here every time were at the mall. The staff (especially Amber) is amazingly friendly and as kid-oriented as youd hope from a company like Disney. The free events/activities they do are prefect for kids. We visit so often that the staff recognize my children - and they love it. Highly recommended. I know its a "little" thing, but calling all the girls "princesses" is something my daughter LOVES.

Great staff, very attentive without feeling overwhelmed. Made my little girl feel special, it was her birthday and the gave her a birthday hat and pin! Very helpful at finding what I needed not available in store so she immediately offered to order online and have it shipped to my house without shipping fees!! Thanks ladies!

My kids love stopping in here to look at all the Disney stuff. Sometimes the staff will hand out stickers to the kids as well which is an added bonus.
