ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE WITNESSED. I went in with a stroller I purchased at another location, that ended up being a returned DIFFERENT stroller... when I opened the box I went straight there and JONATHON did not hesitate to find a store with the correct stroller for me and took care of it all without any hiccups. By far the most respectful, helpful gentleman Ive ever seen in a return situation. Did not hassle me whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.

Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with, I was told that my return had to go back on store credit even though I paid with debit, then I asked to talk to a manager and waited for over half an hour. When someone finally came they did exactly what I asked in a minute. So first they lied to me then they just pushed me to the side and ignored me for half an hour. They were all very rude and condescending to me. I will never go back to this store.

My experience at this store was great. I had a problem with a filed claim with SquareTrade extra protection on my tablet. I went straight to the store in Lombard and explained my issue to the manager. He took care of everything, gave me a brand new replacement of the same product plus he reissued the protection plan on the new tablet that I had bought on the dameged one. I couldnt be more happier.

As others have stated the customer service here is awesome. A young lady named Phalesha, ( sorry probably butchered the name) was wonderful! She helped me out several times in the store and was working extremely hard stocking inventory and running from the back to the front to help! So nice to see motivated employees and she was a sweetheart! I hope Toys R Us appreciates employees like this!

Zero starts would be given due to their horrible customer service! Waited for an associate for about 15 minutes and never arrived, after I was told twice that somebody will arrive to help me! Associate never arrived! I saw many associates just walking around the store. I left and took my money somewhere else!

Stay away from this store. They capture your drivers license for a return. Manager does not know how long they keep it for. 90 day return policy. I returned something after 80 days. Manager did not want to return it and told me that I had kept it too long.

First of all used to love this store for generations but now it is dirty staff is impolite also we purchased a item that was obviously used we. Have had problems with incomplete pkgs here b 4 this place has gone way down hill hope they can fix it good luck

The store has a great selection of items, but I found it highly disorganized. Stuff was out of place all over the place, making it hard to know if you were looking at the price for the correct item.

Terrible all the employees were standing around while only one register was open on a very busy Christmas week and ton of people in line with no register lit up to tell if they were open or not !!

Typically up to date with inventory, but one of the slowest checkouts I have seen. Takes forever and rarely is there more than 1 cashier station open.
