I was in this store the other day hoping to upgrade my ancient pair of Bose over the ear headphones, and possibly a wireless speaker, using the trade in value of some older Bose products to help pad the cost. The only reason I thought about upgrading is because I thought maybe there might have been some improvements in the products since I have bought this older pair. I have to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the fidelity of your current headphones. Almost angry. They all, meaning over and on ear headphones sounded tinny and washed out with no bass to speak of. My old headset blew your current stuff out of the water. What happened to you guys? The sound quality was worse than Beats Audio. And I consider Beats the worst on the market for the money they want for their garbage. At the least I will not be buying Bose products anytime soon. Also, your wireless speakers have an insane amount of distortion at relatively low levels of volume. I never thought I would hear distortion from a Bose speaker. The quality of your products have become disappointing to say the least.
