I call several times for weeks and even months because I am a customer of this branch but never answer the phone and when they do leave me on hold and then hang back and diverted call my name, Im 30 minutes before they close and you are blocked the doors with customers inside, workers are nothing friendly and always seems they are annoying, they are slow to respond and collect.

I was getting a new phone line for sprint at this radio shack store but I did ask for the manager so I could ask him some cuestións but apparently he was busy at the phone and totally ignore me as a costumer... I used to come here all the time to get my stuff for home but after this Im not ever going back to any radio shack again... managers name (pedro).
