Very unorganised customer service. I ordered a bike on line to be picked up from this location, first there was no option in the web site to change the location to my nearest Walmart, secondly, the site is not updated as I went to Aurora first where the site showed the inventory but they were out of stock for the particular bike that I wanted. Finally, Oswego was given as an option by the web walmart web site, so I ordered and received a confirmation for the pick up . I travelled all the way only to be handed over a box with the bike. So I requested them to assemble it and then call me again so that I do not have to travel again and again. Walmart needs to improve its services. Lastly no body picks up the phone which is listed on the web.

I shop here for the prices nothing more. The wait is often very long not enough registers open. Waiting at deli and hot food counter can be very long. My lastest experience is now they have the door greeter asking you for your receipt so they can check that you paid for your milk because it isnt in a bag. REALLY????? I just stood in longs getting food and checking out now I have to wait again for some to check my long receipt to make sure I paid for my milk. Very annoying! If cashier didnt ring it up train cashier better. I have stopped shopping here since this happened and will now shop at Aldi and Marionos. I will only return if absolutely necessary.

The walmart has improved in terms of organizing the shop floor. Much less clutter when compared to the nearby walmarts. Customer service is not excellent. More than 5 min wait times at customer service during evenings. Tire shop experience is less than average. Most of the times, I had to wait longer minutes to meet the clerk there. Not many employees to help customers on the shop floor. Most of the times, I had to walk all the way across the length of the store to find an employee to answer my questions.

Great that the store has received many updates however I see that everything comes at a cost. This is not the first time that Ive experienced this. So many carts in the parking lot it is blocking parking spaces. I wish I could say this was the only cart corral that was overflowing with carts but most were just as overfilled. This was at 8 AM. I wonder what time they plan on moving the carts?

Called ahead to see if they had a miniDisplay Port to HDMI cable. The Electronics crew member that answered was very helpful, found what I needed, and she even had it waiting for me. She matched the price on their website without giving me a hard time about it. Will definitely go there before Best Buy next time. She deserves a raise. Electronics department 2/3/17 17:51:28pm.

This store is terrible. Waited in the checkout lines for over 20 minutes. The people in front of me even called customer service and the workers gave them attitude. its a Sunday...and 4 registers are open. The cashier had no idea how to ring up Walmart gift cards on my phone and kept telling me I needed to pay cash before using gift cards...train your staff and open more registers

This location has one of the biggest garden centers in the area via Walmart. I rated 5 stars because they layout seasonal suggestive items perfectly throughout the store, and we had worker(s) walk with us to find an item and coming back to us; checking inventory via their stock gun to insure if items were or were not available.

This store is worse then the one on the westside of Aurora when it was open,this store never has anything in stock it never matter what time of the day you go there those shelves are Empty.Now if you want to go great store go to the Naperville store always stocked alot more bigger,and much more product.

Worst experience today June 12 2017 @ between 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm. I am a regular customer of Walmart but today I have to return few things the guy at counter number 15 ,name of cashier is RASHAD is the rudest cashier ,worst person ,he even doesnt know what customer service is

Its got everything the average Wal-Mart has, but there is nothing special that would make me come to this one, I cant even remember if this one was the one with the subway, but its just so boring, not to mention the scary ass greeters

No help. Out of alot of Lego sets, shells not stocked. Just gave up. Associate couldnt even be bothered to help me find a Happy Birthday gift card. Not an organized store at all.

Its Wal-Mart. Very good prices, and a one stop shop. Only issue is they need to open more registers waiting to pay can be loooong at times, but thats every Wal-Mart.

Went in, got my exam done in half hour. Waited about 2 minutes to call me up and do the test. They handed me a trail pair before they gave me actual scripts. A+

Definitely not one of the better Walmart stores! Store is dirty & shelves are under stocked. I prefer driving a few extra minutes to the next closest store.
