Love ice cream. Come here a lot. In addition to my icecream addiction. I bring my children here for their birthdays. Usually met with smiles and great service giving my little girls a great birthday experience. Awful service by Courtney today. She was not focused and didnt really care to be. Before I could finish what my order was she would runoff starting to fill an order that was not what I was asking for. Would be much more appreciated if she would stop and listen to the full order and clarify details. Ended up with double what I wanted. Of course they didnt charge me the multiple mistakes but that was besides the point. Not only this but before my interaction was over, she was asking the other worker if the lady before my only tipped a dollar or if she tipped more. I should have gotten a receipt. I will definitely be checking my statement. Service was rude, confusing and not the pleasant Baskin Robbins I remember.

The ice cream is excellent with fair prices. The owner is very rude to his employees, belittling an employee in front of customers is unacceptable and thoughtless. If you dont train your people properly then how does one expect them to perform to your standards when you never set any standards. We will not ever go into this place of business again until he no longer owns the store.

My husband and I took our 3 yr old granddaughter to get an ice cream but when we got there she had to go to the bathroom, so i asked if they had a bathroom she could use. the young girl working there said we could go next door to subway! Guess what Cold Stone creamery may be more expensive but its just down the street from Baskin Robbins and THEY have a bathroom you can use!!

I came in to get ice cream and I was greeted by a very friendly girl, she was smiley and she looked like she had things very under control. Apparently she was Farley new because the owner was ridiculing everything she did. The only thing that ruined the service and "environment" of the shop was the owner.

Ice Cream was great, but did not want to give me a receipt since I was paying with cash. "We only give receipts for customers that use credit or debit cards". Makes me wonder if that is a corporate policy or if the employee was going to steal the cash and say there were no sales.

The people working here dont like their job. I dont blame them. Most people dont like the ice cream here either. Its ok for ice cream just not the best. This wasnt my first choice but cold stone was completely full. This place was empty so it fulfilled the ice cream craving.

Fantastic service! Very fast worker!, the white chick is rude. The hispanic girl is very sweet, love her. I love this place. I will only come in if the hispanic girl is working.

Maggi is the nicest most polite young lady I would always come get icecream from her! And the girls were so polite when my toddler wanted to try so many different flavors.
