This place REEKS of stinky bathroom cleaning chemicals. It was so bad we had to eat outside in the super windy weather, our overfilled ice cream cups dripping on our clothes. I ordered the Oreo Overload, which I order every time I go to a Coldstone. So I know it pretty dang well. This didnt taste like Oreo Overload. The worst part was that the ice cream was TOTALLY crystallized. Like, every bite had ice crystals in it. It didnt taste like the normal sweet cream but a stale yucky version. I dont know what the heck these people are doing here. It takes a lot for me to take food back, but I took mine back in and told one of the workers what was going on. She didnt know what to say, so she brought her manager(?) over. The manager looked at me like I was crazy when I told her my ice cream was totally crystallized and looked/tasted old. She didnt offer to remake it. She just rudely told me "Well I just opened that ice cream". No apology or anything! I asked her to remake it with a different ice cream, which she did begrudgingly. The second attempt was better but still didnt taste anything like my usual (even factoring in the different ice cream base). How is this Coldstone still in business, and how does it have 4.5 stars?!

No way of rating this because they werent open when they said they were. Sign on the door says they open at 11am go there at 1:30pm and the doors are locked and the lights off. 115 degrees outside and an ice cream shop isnt open?????? Sounds like a sound business plan

Went in and placed my order. Got home my ice cream, heath ba and almonds were not blended together. The ice cream was just folded over. All my goodies were just laying in the middle. If the manager or owner read this, I was there Jan.21, 2012 at around 4:00 pm.

Of course, most people have had their ice cream and know they have a wide variety of delicious choices freshly made in front of you. This particular store has a friendly staff with a small indoor seating area and a larger out door setting area.

They have a great ice cream ,its really clean. The staff its friendly. Kim really help me and she was patient and she even give me options to choose.

Most bomb ice cream ever. Cake batter with Butterfinger, Oreos and chocolate chips... cant get that ANY where else.
