Good snow cones. Poor manners. Blonde chick is pretty rude. Was an avid customer until she was rude. For a 5 dollar snow cone I at least expect you to know some manners. Not worth the money if you get poor service.

Ive been a Purple Penguin customer since the first year, and theyve only improved their service, speed and convenience since Day 1. Love the snowballs, would like more topping choices (marshmallow, chocolate).

Ive been several times to other locations , longer wait time here and worst snow cone Ive ever had at purple penguin. There is dry ice with no flavoring In the middle what did I just waste my money on?

Purple penguin is our favorite snow cone place! They always accommodate our requests (names on cups, saucy, cup holder, bugger cups for transporting, etc.). Alexis is the sweetest person there!!!

4.75 stars. Delicious and affordable. Nice staff. Needs so much more shade. Not necessarily their fault but its so hot and the shade is almost non existent.
