I was on vacation while visiting this location in April and left my sunglasses. After I realized that my sunglasses had been left at this location, I called to see if there was any way I could retrieve them back without having to drive 3.5 hours one way to get the sunglasses. I talked to a young gentleman and explained the situation, even offered to pay postage for them to send the sunglasses back to me. The only response from the Creamistry worker was, "Maam this is an ice cream shop not a Fed Ex". I asked to speak with a manager or the owner and he said that would not be possible. Poor customer service, there are plenty of other ice cream shops where customer are treated with respect and not ignored. Would not recommend to this ice cream shop.

This place is certainly flashy, and very interesting to eat at due to the novelty and interesting visual effects that you get. They change fresh cream into ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen, which is something that you just dont get to see every day. However in the final analysis, the ice cream is just ice cream. So when you eat it, its not significantly better than ice cream that you would get anywhere else, and its very expensive to boot. So, worth going at least once for the experience, but after that stick to Ben and Jerrys!

Great customer service! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The guys at the front recommended some flavors and were genuinely helpful! The ice cream is pricey but definitely worth it!! Youre essentially paying for the gimmick but keep in mind liquid nitrogen isnt exactly cheap. The ice cream itself was very flavorful and creamy. Would highly recommend! :)

First time and definitely last time coming to this place. We waited 2 HOURS for two single scoop icecreams. This place had great reviews so we decided to try it out and wait, hoping the icecream was worth the 2 hours. The cashier "forgot" to place our order. Worst experience, this icecream was not worth it.

Didnt get the opportunity to see what the fanfarecold stone the ingredients was thrown in before I can see "the magic". Young lady wasnt very responsive (Was she dead?personality was...) and didnt smile after I spoke. Will not return. Bad Customer service. Will stick to coldstone.

Different choices of ice cream base (you can make it organic for an additional $1.50.) We got the "Birthday Cake" with milk base ice cream. Its rich and creamy, but not overly sweet. The double scoop bowl we got was $8.50. A bit on the pricey side, but worth the price.

BEST ice scream place there is in town ! they have so many different combinations & options! it is a little on the pricy side but it is so worth it ! they also have a rewards program where you acrue points for each visit and you get rewarded ! great customer service !

I asked the girl for certain toppings as I wanted one like a hot fudge sundae and she never put the toppings on that i ordered i should of double checked before walking off. Pretty bummed especially for the cost.

So good! A little unsure about this "new" ice cream but after throwing caution to the wind, we took some friends with kids out for an afternoon treat. The cotton candy was a hit. Very clean and great service.
