The prices at D.I. are the lowest in the valley for anything they carry and has the widest selection of furniture of this type of store! However, test things or examine them very closely before you spend money on an item because as a former employee they sell things in the way they got them- meaning quality control is limited and zero return policy. I scored on a $50 pair of 5.11 brand pants for less than $10; so, you frequently find something interesting there. However, the clothing selection for a very lean and tall athletic male body is very limited. Sometimes youll find some great clothing- but usually youll have better luck at any of the several Ross stores in town. D.I. does not keep unsold products for long as almost everything that isnt sold in usually a week or two, is either sent overseas for charities or destroyed so check back often.

Bought an item, paid for it, went to pick it up and manage then demanded more money. Only got the item when he saw it was his son who signed our receipt!!! Horrible customer care, strong nepotism environment. His words to us "I dont want my son in trouble, so Ill let you have it for what you paid for it."

If I need a Thrift Store, this is usually the one that I will go to first. The store is large, and they have a good variety and selection. I think they could lower their prices a bit more though. I think that they do a good job of helping their employees gain experience and move on to something better.

I used to shop at DI frequently. I stopped due to the outrageous price increases. $4 or $5 for a used baby dress?? Thats appalling. Especially when this organization could be helping those who cant afford clothing. Shame on you.

I enjoy this thrift store. They dont expect new prices for items, and have always adjusted prices as necessary. The quality of items in this store tends to be better than that of other thrift stores in the area.

Absolute best thrift store in Boise. Clean, well maintained and organized. Quality items in every category and the prices are 50 to 75% less than what other thrift stores are trying to sell similar items for.

Great Prices on most stuff. not the best selection for mens clothes as far as variety but for most people I think its great. Lots of other stuff for cheap, kitchen supplies and games. ]
