Helen, the director operates the typical Kingman, AZ petty approach to business. -- She posts a sign inside and outside the Thrift Shop, suggesting that they can REFUSE TO SERVE ANYONE. -- This is a non-profit and this is how she conducts a non-profit business with the general public! -- Helen, from now on, my cash and donations go elsewhere, especially when I do not even receive a receipt of payment! -- I can use a credit card in other thrift shops, but here no. -- Why I need to provide Arc with CASH for them to pocket the money obtained from nothing other than donated merchandise? -- I do not care how ARC brags about the wonderful cause it is reaching out to -- where is the transparency here? AND, I keep in mind that much of the merchandise in Arc is not cheap!

The ARC is literally the best thrift store to shop at in the world! I shop at the outside store. Thats where you save a ton of money and get quality items. A shopping cart full is $5 in most cases. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Staff is great... Especially the guys in the outside furniture area... The ladies inside can be not so nice.

Always smells must the furniture is stained and in some cases broken. Throw it out if that is the case.
