To be clear; it is not the fault of the workers in the store itself. Extremely poor in almost every aspect, though. First, only small batches of books are ordered (ex:15 books for 50 enrolled students). So my chance at being able to purchase an overpriced bundle of wordy garbage is already low. Second, prices are insane. $267 for an 80-page soft cover. I laughed and walked out. Might as well just drop the act and actually rob me. Third, the lines and service speed. Last semester I waited in line for 2 hours, paid $1,100 for 4 books, and then almost hung myself from the nearest tree. Its basically a ticket scalper masquerading as a bookstore. NOTE: This type of greed will certainly turn around to bite them when they call to ask me for donations in the future. I cant wait for THAT call. Dont give the bookstore your money. They are making it hand over fist.

FYI anyone renting books from the bookstore will be charged for the books if they are not returned immediatly after the semester. Also you are required to pay an additional $15 fee to remove a probationary renting flag if you would like to rent in the future. How is the charge for the books insufficient for covering the bookstores cost? The bookstore is clearly a profit-seeker. The students working in the bookstore are not setup with adequate information to answer pretty straight forward questions. The new process for selecting books is very slow. Not to mention they only had 1 of my 4 required books. Nobody was able to handle my payment for the red flag and I left empty handed on 01/02/2017.
