Well when it first opened it was great. Over time the lack of upkeep on the store has taken its toll. Its a big store with a good selection of books and magazines. The difference is you go to the other store on charleston and rampart and compare. The other store is not as big but has been better taken care of and causes me to prefer going there. The employees here are great. Im not sure why there is such a big difference. Maybe its not as profitable so there is not as much money available to keep up the store? Maybe. Also the area that the store is in is seen its better days. The parking lot is rather dark and to make it worse I have been approached by people asking for money at least 5 times out of 30 visits. That is not the stores fault. Thats due to the location. That is not a situation that I appreciate when I have my wife and children with me. I would prefer driving another 15 minutes to go to another location . I hope it doesnt remain that way.

I dont understand why anyone would ever step one foot inside this location. I wasted my time driving here to purchase a book, after finding out that the price they offer on their website is not offer in store. This company charges more at the store. I did talk to someone in the store, but was told that Barns & Noble offers different prices on the website. Anyone that goes to this store should just go to Amazon and purchase the item. Its not even worth paying more to have it in person at that moment. Ill never come back here again. Whats the point!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful there. They helped me pick out some really awesome things for my kids, perfect for their ages, and they didnt cost much either. The young skinny girl with the dark hair is extremely nice and down to earth. They were also really nice and organized about the book signing I went to. Only criticism on that is that on the site it wasnt made clear exactly what time it was at, so we came way too early, but still they deserve a 5 star just cause of how awesome the location is, these ppl are amazing!

Its a nice store and they stock a wide range of books, not just whats popular today and this week. They have other stuff including greeting cards, Lego and Minecraft toys and CDs. As usual, the store includes a Starbucks. Theyre happy to order books for you, but Im deducting one star because you can wait a little while for some to become available to help you, and the process of picking up books youve ordered was a bit clunky (they may have resolved that).

This location is a long time favorite deserving of kind words for customer service, book selection, café and overall cleanliness. You will not be bombarded by employees if you dont want assistance, yet employees are always willing to help if you ask. Definitely a pleasant place to enjoy an afternoon of browsing, sipping coffee or comparing your Kindle to their Nook!

I have shopped at this Barns and Noble for a couple of years now so I may sound biased. Friendliest people I have had the pleasure in dealing with. Customer service is great and they are always happy to help you find a book. Their check out people are friendly and quick with the whole process.

Wonderful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and orderly, even in the kids zone. They almost always have what Im looking for. Safe area as well, good location near a lot of other great businesses. Starbucks inside. Nothing but good things to say.

This store is still a classic. Browse and check out what us new and you will see this is better than digital format books. Real books in true printed form. Lots of magazines including ones you may not have heard of. Always a great place to go if you want to learn or explore.

This is a good destination for studying, reading, buying books, and coffee. The books that they do have are reasonably priced. Some of their books are cheaper online. If you go here to read just remember that it can get a little loud near the childrens area.

Hey they dont follow you around here. Great place to research, spend some Starbucks time catching up on the latest. Staff is great very helpful. Wish there were more seats outside of Starbucks but the bench in front of the magazines are usually free.

My daughter and I love coming to this location. They always have any books she needs for school and they always help you find them. -1 star for displaying playboy magazine for sale at the checkouts where children can pick them up and see them.

Ive always had great experiences at this Barnes and noble. They have a pretty great selection and Im always finding books I want to take home. Its always very clean and the service is always good. Its never usually that busy either.

Decent selection. Seems to cater to Starbucks goers and children more. Long check out lines. I found myself saying I should have just gone on Amazon. Trying to keep going to retail to support local businesses.

There are not to many book stores left with all the Internet sales, but this place is great. Ive always liked the vibe in this book store. Books, magazines, kids toys, DVDs and so much more.

A good selection of most major books. The Starbucks is comfortable for reading and studying. It can be difficult to find help though and less known authors need to be ordered.

Quiet spot to browse and read. I love taking my nook to browse the shelves, get ideas, and then sit with a cup of coffee to download books or read for free while I am there.

This Barnes and Noble is always quiet, with a relaxed atmosphere. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Theres even a smash café to sit and read or work at.
