I wrote a glowing recommendation for this store a few weeks ago. I am NOT so happy with it today! I bought some jeans on the evening of 11/22 and was TOLD BY THE SALESPERSON that they could be returned for my money back as long as I had the receipt and they were unworn with tags still attached. When I tried to return them today, I was told that, after 14 days, on...ly a store credit could be extended... to me. The manager was called, but she didnt even offer to speak to me. She very unprofessionally spoke through the young girl that was working there. This put the sales person in a bad position. She did not agree to return my money either. A different return policy was not explained to me at the time of my purchase and no policy is printed on the receipt! Evidently the policy changes on a whim as I was told today that any purchases made during this month and through sometime in January would not qualify for money back upon return at all. Even if the item is brought back the next day, only store credit will be extended! Who knows what the policy will be after January?! The young girls working today were very helpful and apologized, even though it wasnt their fault and the manager did not even offer speak to me herself. Management seems to think that the word "boutique" means they dont have to ever return your money, but I personally dont know of ant store in Woodstock that wouldnt do it. They still have great clothes and service, but WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGEMENTS EVERCHANGING RETURN POLICY!!

Like previous shoppers have experienced, if you have to return an item at this store it is A HASSLE! The manager(s) at either location seem to be annoyed that a consumer is unsatisfied with a product and wants a refund. I have bought clothes that have frayed after one use as well as some jewelry which broke. I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere because heaven forbid if you have to make a return, it is likely you wont get youre money back. It doest matter if you have tags attached and a store receipt. Only store credit…which doesnt help when you dont want to buy their junk products again. Very unhappy, BUYER BEWARE!

The manager was very aggressive and condescending when I brought back a blouse that had frayed. She was certainly lacking in her social skills. I wont be back.
