Not basing this rating on the product!! I would not recommend anyone to shop at the Arbor Place Mall location in Douglasville, GA! I went in there on Black Friday, and I know it is crazy on that day but I have never had this big of an issue. I made a purchase and have coupons to use along with it. They did not take off all of my coupons that I had given them. I went back asked them to refund what I should have already got taken off. Instead of them refunding my money they charged me again for that I was supposed to get refunded. They said they were going to void all charges and make a start over like it was a new purchase which would have been fine had the void actually worked and my money would have been refunded. So at this point I had been charged 3 separate times for the exact same set of product. I go back into the sort to try and straighten everything out and get my refund only to have the store refund me the extra charge that should have already been a refund and that they cant (in store) give me a refund for my original purchase. I was told I had to call the customer care line, did that and I was told that they would have to contact the store for more information because its that confusing. Im so frustrated with this whole transaction. I will not be shopping at the arbor place mall location ever again I will find another location. I would just order it online but they charge shipping all the time or you have to pick between a coupon of free shipping. I love their products especially their foam soaps and candles!
