I recently quit working here. I started working a couple weeks before the grand opening and I enjoyed it. The staff was great and it was friendly. But as the months went on, one of the managers, Dwayne, started showing his true colors. He would schedule me 10 or less hours a week knowing that it was my only job, and I was available whenever and I have a child to support. Everytime I brought up having more hours he laughed in my face and said "lets see how many cards you get". And well if you schedule me 3 hours a week, which he has been doing the past month or so, I wont be able to get any credit cards. When I got my second job he didnt schedule me that week. I went to the store manager and luckily he gave me hours but then last week I had none and this week I, once again, had 3. This man is not fit for this job. He is not compassionate and clearly cares nothing about anyone except himself. I am not the only employee to complain. He wrote my friend up for not getting cards. Thats not right at all, and hes giving her less than 10 hours a week as well but is hiring new people and giving them all our hours. He is extremely rude and likes to hide out in the office in the back. I would hope that this is not how the TJX company is run. And I hope something gets done about him. For the rest of the employees sake. Hes running us all out on purpose because he doesnt like us. Which is not professional at all.

Not a great experience with this store. I wanted to work here part time and had spoke to an assistant manager and gave my resume. Was told to expect tohearback within the coming week. Two weeks went by and nothing! I called the store and spoke with the manager and she stated he will give you a call back, and still nothing. I went to the store just as a customer and no one speaks to you. I ask for help and no one seems to help especially the same manager who probably doesnt remember me. Theres no proper customer service here and now I see why they have a 3.6 rating here at Warner Robins Shop at "AtHome" just up the road and employees are very helpful *Word of advice, keep your word and call a potential employees back. *Establish a well working manager/employee relationship with current staff to decrease turnover

I am an ex worker but the store has great products . But have the worst manager in the world name Dwyane hes is a dictator. You can never do enough , the fact that I put in all that hard work for the store just to get about a couple hours here and there, the other workers are complaining also. Most of the crew over half have left with more leaving with the exception of the stockroom the only full time employees.

I like this store; I just wish it was in a slightly bigger building. There have been times Ive went in there and the sailed felt so cramped and rammed full of stuff that I felt like I couldnt push my shopping cart down an aside without fear of knowing something off and breaking it or messing it up.

They do not stand behind the products they sell. I tried to return a defective chair and they would not honor a return/exchange, claiming that the receipt was not valid after 60 days. Poor policy in my view. I will not return and will advise others where ever possible.
