I love Home Goods but this store ( Novi ) I will not be visiting. The employees are are rude and the manger is even worse. I usually never write a complaint but this bothered me. I was I. There a few weeks ago and I was getting checked out a the register. The register next to me was doing a transaction. The woman they were checking out was nice. The cashier was not! Then the woman had a return and didnt have a receipt. She had to run to her car to get it and the while she ran out it, awful behavior was shown by the cashier and manager she called up for assistants. When the woman came back they told her she couldnt return the item cuz it was past the time or something. The woman gave them no argument and acted cool. She said its a bummer but understood the policy. Again the woman was nice and never gave them any fight back. Cashier and manager continued to be rude and snobbish. If I was the store manger I would be ashamed I had such employees in my store. Hopefully the manager on duty was not the store manager. She was a older lady with short blonde hair and glasses. Kinda plain looking. So so so rude.

There was a lot of variety for home decor. Maybe I am weird, but it almost seemed like too much for the space. It was difficult to navigate the aisles, especially if anyone else was in the aisle. They did have some really cute things though.
