This place is ridiculous, they have no sense of respect for their customers and have absolutely no time management skills. Especially no sense of respect for their customers time!!!! They take their sweet time and dont even think to get more help or speed up when there is clearly a long line of impatient people. They only had one person working and that person was occupied by a customer literally buying their whole house with carts and carts of things. The cashier didnt even think to call another person to take care of me when I only had 3 things in my cart. And Im not even talking about how unorganized the store is/ This store is awful and absolutely a waste of your time! DONT SHOP HERE

I bought two fine china mugs here (Dunoon). The first time I tried to use one, the hot tea poured out of a previously invisible crack in the side of the mug. I barely escaped being burned. When I returned them, I explained why and repeated that there was a danger; nevertheless I saw the clerk print out new sales stickers and put them on the shelf for restocking and resale. I wonder how many times they have re-sold the same dangerously cracked mug? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I wont be shopping there again. Should you?

The customer service here is horrible. I purchased a product from there a week ago and came back to get the same product (bathroom mats) to match. They didnt have any on the floor and the representative told me "oh well". I asked if they could call another store to see if they carried it and she told me, "No. Our system isnt set up to look up items and tell you where you can find them." I definitely will not be spending any more of my money at this HomeGoods or any for that matter.

Online says home goods are dog friendly store but this store say no dogs allow so I went Troy Home goods where it was welcoming dog :)
