This is the absolute worst TJ Maxx I have ever been to, and its a shame because its one of my favorite stores, but I will no longer be shopping at any TJ Maxx just because of this location. A few months ago, I needed a certain kind of shirt for my outfit for a job interview. I was so excited to find the perfect one at TJ Maxx, but I noticed it had a stain on it. From my previous experience at other locations, I thought it would be no problem because they generally have great customer service. All I was looking for was maybe 10% off to account for the time I would be spending trying to get the stain out. The manager and cashier were very rude about it and said there was basically nothing they could do, which I know is not true because I work in retail myself and know that making the customer happy is the #1 goal. If you have no customers, you have no business. Apparently TJ Maxx doesnt understand that. So I became skeptical of the store but decided to give it another try today, as I was looking for a Michael Kors wallet for my mom for Mothers Day to match the purse I got her. Again, super excited that I found the exact wallet I needed, but I realized there were 2 of them and one was $70 and the other was $80. I bring them both up to the counter and ask why the price is different. The cashier acknowledges that they are exactly the same wallet, and even looks them up in the computer and tells me that one of them was marked wrong. So he called his supervisor over and she says that the prices are different because they came from two different vendors. Firstly, how could she know that without even looking them up, and secondly, how is that my problem? You cant charge two different prices for the exact same thing, thats called price discrimination. The only reason I wanted the one that was marked as $80 was because the zipper still had tissue paper wrapped around it so I thought that one would be a nicer gift for my mom. They refused to honor the $70 price and I let them know that I will never be shopping there again. I hope 10% off a stained shirt and $10 off a mismarked wallet were worth losing my lifetime customer value, as well as the lifetime customer value of all my friends that will no longer be shopping there either.

Its great for quick items that you may need at ok prices. Overall prices seem a little high for what they advertise. And their home goods section has a big selection but some items just seem way overpriced. Several of their luggage were broken or bent, they should be taken off the shelf. I prefer ross or even bealls outlet sometimes or just go to the mall and find sales.

I enjoy stopping by here every few months. Usually can find some great outfits. Love getting my sons clothes here as well. Name brands for cheaper than what you would pay for Walmart clothes. They have a nice selection of home goods as well and the staff is friendly.

Ive recently been turned on to TJ Maxx for their home section, & Im in love. There are some things in there that are priced higher for no apparent reason, but for the most part everything is priced very nice.

One of my favorite [chain] stores of all time. The cutest things, whether it be pillows and blankets, furniture, clothes, knick knacks, kitchen utensils, ANYTHING. And theres so much for a good price.
