I tried to make a simple return at this store, and unfortunately could not find my receipt. The old man manager had to waste a half an hour of my life ringing up my stuff, reringing it up, and then telling me he couldnt do it. Dont waste YOUR time going here. This store is very hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter. Its always kind of a mess, and they are a very small store. However, the staff are very friendly and you will find great deals most of the time. Sign up for their membership (free), and theyll send you when toy can come and get an extra 20 percent of your entire purchase.

Great store but Very unprofessional staffing especially the manager Alex he had me on the phone for 30mins then a whole hour he is not organized at all and gave my cousin the run around just for a question for weeks wether than with Robert straight to the point if it wasnt for Robert I dont think that store should be standing.you cant treat customers like that your a whole manager he needs to be trained over he doesnt take his job seriously.its pathetic and I would know because Im a General Manager

Always looks dingy and prices are not lower than Walmart and Target so not a draw in my eyes. I only went in after wrapping paper and a gift set. Ended up with gift paper only, the gift sets were more expensive and looked wrecked, boxes crushed on end, paper ripped, etc. I went there trying to save time, ended up had to go to Walmart afterwards anyway so .....

This location is junk! And their particular prices are way too much for a Big Lots store!! Ive been in this store twice, and the 2nd time will certainly be my last! Rude service. Unorganized store, and so filthy. Not worth the time or effort
