I will not, by any means, ever use this store, or any in their franchise again. Id strongly suggest everyone else to do the same. I went to get a pair of glasses and was told I cold get a pair of sunglasses for their buy-one-get-one. After being told basically everything was extra - the lenses (only frames were free, so a whopping $49), the polarization (which is what actually makes them sunglasses) - etc. I spent far more than I had expected. Ok...whatever - I wanted sunglasses. Then I was told it would be about 2 weeks for them to return. I told the store I couldnt wait that long, but thank you. They assured me they could rush the order and Id have it within the business week. Having not heard from them the following Friday, I had to call THEM (great service) the next Sunday, and they told me my order was available. It was not. Only the sunglasses had come in. They not only did not call me Monday with an update as I requested, but when I called Tuesday it turns out they have no idea how long it will take, as the whole set is on backorder. Then they start talking about do I want to pick out new frames - you know, start the whole process again with their sterling service. After shopping 3 stores for a frame set I liked? Im now waiting (again) for a call from their manager, who was apparently the very one working on my order originally. I am unconvinced shell do anything more helpful at this point. I guess it could be worse. The person in front of me for pickup had his order come in - with no lenses at all. This place is full on FAIL SQUAD.

Dr. Wyatt is great. Her demeanor with seniors and children are commendable. The technicians who adjust the products are pleasant. Some of the administrative staff needs some direction in phone manners and customer service skills. They give erroneous information and when asked questions tend display ther angst over the phone. There are inconsistencies as to actual office policies. Whether you have a pleasant experience is dependent upon who answers the phone. I have used this location for my services, my children and my parents. Hope you get Eric or Jonathan and you will have a pleasant day.

Great experience, wonderful customer service. Dr Wyatt was wonderful. She performed tests that I had not had done in over 50 years of wearing glasses. When I started looking for frames, the young lady asked me if she could help me and when I described what I was looking for, she grabbed the perfect set of frames for me. My glasses were ready in less than a week. I have been back for an adjustment and they once again treated me great. I have recommended this store to several co workers who have all had great experiences.

The manager Christie has the worst attitude. I came to pick up my glasses and she was helping another couple and when she finished with them I walked up to the counter and she rudely walked away. As if she did not see me instead of her saying hello how are you? I will be right with you. As a manager, you should have an better attitude. The third times I have been there she has been rude to me twice. Almost spending a 1000 for two pairs of glasses Im concerning getting my money back and going elsewhere.

Ive been going to this For Eyes location for many years and my experiences have always been fine. However, with my most recent experience they significantly exceeded my expectations. I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that broke. The manufacturer - despite offering lifetime warranties on regular frames - only warrantied prescription frames for one year. My pair was over two years old. For Eyes tracked down the part and fixed them for free! Great service that made my day.
