Clerks are not interrested in SERVICE. No eye contact, No greeting. Backed up with customers. Manager on phone. The main objection is ATTITUDE. It is in their body language and sullen expression. I dont expect much but remember, my money is GREEN and I can spent it at UPS or the Postal Service---which is exactly what I did. This is not the first time there has been a bad experience but it will be my last.

Horrible!! Absolutely Awful! They have no inkling of what customer service is and how to keep customers. The Manager actually "tried" to help me by tossing the taping device to me while he flirted with the woman at the copier. UPS has FedEx beat a million times when dealing with customers. I will stick with brown.

I only go at night and the customer service is the best. If you are waiting too long it is the customers not the staff. You cant hold them accountable for customers who have no clue what they actually want to do.
