I cant even begin to say how badly I was treated by GR. First, why have a phone number posted and no one ever answers it. I mean never answers. I just tryied before writing this again to give them a chance again. I bought patio cushions and chair cushions a week apart from each other. in my haste to get them i picked the wrong color of the chaise cushions. the same lady checked me out for both purchases and even commented you sure are buying a bunch of pillows. I got them home and 2 days later I noticed they were not the same color. I called and couldnt get an answer so i drove back with the pillows. I couldnt find my receipt but i went to the same lady and explained my situation. She said NO, you cant exchange them for the right ones. I then wrote a letter to the email as the store manager wouldnt even come out to talk with me or thats what I was told. I got a 2 line note that said "we must have the bar coded receipt to exchange the item, without it we will not exchange it. Not one word about being a loyal customer or appreciating my business. So with that attitude I will take my business on to another store. When you lose customer service you lose customers...DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Great store! I went to BrandsMartUSA looking to buy a table, umbrella, and deck chairs I saw online. When I got there I noticed how cheap looking the table was; those that looked nice were several times the amount I wanted to pay. On the way out I noticed At Home next door. I got a great looking table for the same price and umbrella and chairs for much less; each looks great! Shawn was so helpful through the whole process and his manager gave me a great discount (on top of the good regular price) on the floor model when one of the tiles broke while they were taking it apart. Shawn and his manager made a loyal customer of me that day and I keep bragging about the store to my friends!

They have a lot of neat looking things to decorate with, but the prices are higher than you can find at other places. They are moving things around and are more interested in that than helping you have a good experience. I needed something and finally spotted them on the top shelf very high up. They seemed put out when I asked how I could make a selection. They wanted me to tell them what I wanted and they would then get it for me. They were in baskets and I could hardly see them to decide. So I left and bought what I wanted at another store.

Dirty and unorganized. I was looking through the books and there were peanut shells littered throughout them. Why would there be peanut shells throughout all the book bins? Very hazardous for people with peanut allergies. The bathrooms were gross and the employees looked like they were all unrehabilitated ex-convicts or high school drop outs. Rude and unhelpful. Too bad because I used to love Garden Ridge before we moved to Georgia.

This place is so great, but slightly annoying. I bought a dining room table here, which is sturdy as hell, and will last probably 5 generations at least, BUT the only problem I have is when someone says "Wow this is nice, where did you get it?!" And I look them dead in the eye and say "At Home.....". They do not know what I mean. They think Im being a sarcastic cornhole or something. I REALLY did get it At Home guys.....

The store has great deals, I always find sales and the items are awesome. During one visit I needed customer service because I was purchasing furniture. Major FAIL!!! I walked the store twice looking for an associate and when I did find one they realized the extend of my aggravation and was helpful beyond measure. My ideal shopping visit is to go in, grab what I need or want, and leave.

I must say that the store offers nice trendy items but the customer service is the worst. The employees make me feel as if I am aggravating them when I ask for directories or questions. Ive experienced this feeling on 2-3 different visits. They are RUDE and UNFRIENDLY, I will no longer be a patron of Garden Ridge.

Horrible, found several items i liked I had about $350 in my cart and I had a 10% off coupon on my phone and it wouldnt load so the young lady told me I could not use the 10% coupon so I left the store $350 worth of stuff that I didnt need it was a gift but who cares I guess at home theyre not there to sell Goods

I dont know about the friendliness of the staff but the store is excellent.They have variety of household items like Ive never seen anywhere else.I never ask the staff questions because I already know what I came in for. I have found some very unique items here and my shopping experience has been great.

At Home in Stockbridge Georgia has poor customer service.by phone. I called for customer service and was referred to another phone number. No one was on the direct line to help with my question. I saw a nice chair that I was going to buy. but could not a direct line for customer service.

My wife and daughter was in the store tonight my 13 yr old just had foot surgery and was using the store scooter . A employee told her she had to be 18 to use the scooter and made her get off of it in the back of the store. Wondering about the store policy on this issue.

This is a nice place to go when searching for home-goods. Although, they advertise affordability, but I feel like the prices are too high for the quality of product. Go to Ikea. You may have to put your items together, but the quality is so much greater.

There are so many fun and seasonal things to find in this store! The prices are also very reasonable. Be prepared to walk around for at least an hour, as there is a lot to choose from and a lot of eye-catching things.

The store office in a large in Home Products for indoor and outdoor use prices are still very extremely high on certain items. Customer service is very limited due to employee workers not available or low staff.

Always find great deals. Lately the Stockbridge store has been a bit more friendly at the register at least at Christmas time. It is hard to find someone on the floor for help though.

If you can find it in stock, this is the place to go. I suggest checking it out on the web before getting to the store, as traffic in the area is a nightmare.
