the customer service sucks; I got a meatloaf from the meat dept., which I have gotten twice before & it always had the cooking instructions on the label. this time only part of the first sentence was on there, which starts: customer cooking instructions".. there were only couple words on the label after that & I needed the rest of the info since I hadnt bought 1 in some time & couldnt remember the info. I was bounced around, disconnected, left dangling, etc. for almost 1/2 hr. first I was told the deli dept. handles it, even though its sold in the meat dept. a guy from the deli dept. assured me he could help me then left me on hold for almost 10 minutes. when I called back he said he had been trying to get someone in the meat dept!!. then that person still didnt have/know all the info......if the product had been properly labeled to begin with, I wouldnt have had to go thru this nonsense. one guy even stated the cooking instructions dont come on the label, when I know for a fact they do - and then why the wording: customer cooking instructions"!?!?!? The kicker was the last guy that got on the line, who asked how I wanted to cook it!!! did I want to cook it thoroughly to the 165 degrees inside?!?! no, I want it 1/2 raw, you moron!!! never again.

Great selection of organic and natural food options but the staff is what makes this place really shine. I cannot count the times that the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. The butchers are very knowledgeable and will guide you in your grilling and cooking endeavors. They often have organic vegetables that are difficult if not impossible to find in other places. The rotisserie chickens are amazing with multiple seasoning options but go quickly; be sure to get there early to snag one on Friday or Saturday... I will be a long time customer of this location!

Horrible experience at the Sprouts location in Lawrenceville, GA. Went there today to buy a bowl of soup and no one would help me find a bowl. They were out.They just seemed passive about the request. After waiting 15 minutes I finally left the store. I used to spend about $1,500 a year and like the selection and convenience. For now on, I will go to Whole Foods. Less convenient but better service. Therefore Sprouts, your passive attitude regarding a $5.00 bowl of soup just cost you $1,500.

A welcome addition to the local markets, however I hope they maintain their quality. Bought some Quinoa from there and it had little rocks in it. Almost broke a tooth eating it. In about a cupful we always got 2-3 pebbles. Have purchased Quinoa from other places before - even Walmart and never had this issue. I bought 2-3lbs from the loose containers they have. Hope they maintain their quality, but I wont be buying anything loose from there again.

I enjoy shopping at sprouts, I do look over the weekly flier online to make sure I get the best deal on the items I want most. My last visit was to buy pre-made meatballs in the meat dept, the shelf was empty so I asked the clerk if they still made them and he said yes and walked away, not can I make some for you while you shop or Ill see if we have any ready...just a yes and a walk away, thats just laziness.... aside from this its great shopping here

Every time I go there i go on Friday. They almost always are out of something that is in their ad for that week and usually say they wont have it till the following Monday. Asked for a pound of salmon guy brings back 1.5 pounds and says that works right? Needless to say I will not be coming back to this sprouts

Love this store . It has nice fresh fruit great pricing on most days . I love to get fruit, pistachios and sliced ginger from here and other stuff . If you are trying to change your diet and kind of dont know what to buy this place would help . Its like whole foods but a little better on the prices.

Laura (with the dreads) is an excellent customer service representative. She faces some of the same conditions I am starting to treat and was ably to speak from personal experience. I really appreciated that because it made me more comfortable with her advice. I will definitely shop here again.

Organic produce section is a joke and the tightly packed store provides some fun and tense traversing on a busy day. Prices are great, however, and the selection of name brand vegan meats is sizable. You MUST try the Hilarys Eat Well vegan patties in the freezer section...delish.

Just in this store today. Condensation dripping on raw meat, the person getting the meat wiped his sweat with his hand and then touched someones meat and the he touched his baseball cap and got more meat out of the case. All the meat appeared dirty at this point. Wont be back.

Great selection of organic food and items, great selection on vitamins and herbs. Very inexpensive for my pocket. Sushi Wednesdays 4.99 is great, their sandwiches on the other hand the multi-grain is not freshly baked its in a package bread. Other than that its my go-to store

Was in love with this place in the beginning 2 years ago. But it is worse and worse every day. I put all berries in a garbage 3 times this month. It looks good but completely inedible. Looks like something wrong with management for me.

Lots of organic and healthy alternatives to most foods. Makes it easy to switch to a more healthy diet. They have supplements and also freshly cooked foods.

I love this place. They have bulk seeds every kind you want. Plus a lot of bulk items. The prices are great! You should go to the store.
