I normally love this store because I can usually go in and find what ever I need. I called today to order cupcakes with whipped icing for Thursday, but to be picked up tomorrow. I was told this wasnt a problem. The order was placed with the whipped icing. Before I hung up, I asked for the price and was told the cupcakes would cost a little more than the butter creme. I was like, OK. So, how much would this cost, if it was butter creme icing, just to gauge the price. I was then told even though they sell the whipped icing, I cant place my order now, because they dont have a code for the whipped icing. REALLY?? Everything was a go, before I asked about the cost and now I cant place the order at all!! You have got to be kidding me! You are the bakery, so how can you NOT have a code for something you sell? So very disappointed!!

There are times when they only have two cashiers with long line of customers. The baggers are very nice. My problem is with this location many food items are expired so you must look before you buy. I bought expired dog food didnt know and fed it to my dog he became very ill. They paid for my medical expenses for my dog but that still made me leery. I have to tell them often and many of their food items, about to expire the next day or already have been expired by 5 days. Sometimes their sandwich bread taste stale and dry. Their chicken is always dry, even though they take it back the food, its still not that great. The reason why I go to Publix for their bogos and theyre near my bank.

Loved it, Fast Great service, Entertaining. Ive been in this store a few times and the service is great, the mangers are a great help, and the check out is fast. If its busy they are very fast at getting another line open. The younger staff here is very entertaining, they are fast, efficient, and humorous. Ive had a wide variety of conversations with them, they are pretty funny and seem to enjoy their jobs and each other. They are always smiling or laughing and that makes checkout pleasant

Publix Deli has the best subs in the area, but this stores deli can be really slow at times. Best to call ahead or order online and pick them up later. The grocery side is good -- same as any other Publix store. Ive never had a bad experience on the grocery side. But the prices tend to be a little higher than Kroger or Walmart.

Why is the pharmacy not listed with its designated phone number. My doctors office was very patience with me as I tried, without results, to get the pharmacy phone number. They had to call the main number and then get transfered, delaying the input of a prescription that my wife needed now.

We ordered chicken wings from the publix on scenic hwy and we were severely shocked and sickened to find feathers still attached, on almost every wing! We were forced to warn our party guests that they would have disgusting obstacles in their food. We wont be coming back in the future.

Everyone at Publix are always helpful and courteous. However I cant understand why when I get to the deli department I always, always have to wait at the very least 10 to 15 minutes until I can get some help. I love shopping at Publix but they need more help at the deli department.

Bakery did a wonderful job on my wedding cake! The staff was attentive and informative. It was delivered on time! Arranged beautifully and was exactly how I asked for it.. There were only four cupcakes left at the end of it all.

Very nice employees. They have almost everything I need. They told me one time that if they dont have something I want, tell them and they will try to get it. Costs a little more than Kroger but I still prefer this store.

Well stocked and friendly employees. The only downside is the parking lot. Rude drivers abound, and theyre aggressive even with pedestrians. Dont count on them to stop when youre in a crosswalk.

Went once and found what we need. Kroger did not have it, so this is now our supermarket of choice. Plus everyone shares in the coupons, no card needed.
