The Cashiers have real good service and are fast but the associate that work behind the counter and do western union need some e more training. Every time I come to send money western union they always have a problem and keep blaming the computer or the tracking number or something. I been sending money to h same people or years with the same info. When I go to the Publix next to the Target down 138 they processed the same 2 western union forms that yall cold not do and they did it with speed. I never have no problems sending western union at any other Publix but you guys. I think every one is doing a good job except the people working behind the counter yall need some serious training on sending western unions learning the codes, tricks and everything. The manger even came in but could not send it. Im not Makin this up a lying like I said I went to the other Publix and they processes it real fast with n o problems. I had to wait about 15-20 min with yall and you guys still did not get it to go through. After reading is how about giving me a $20 gift card for my twenty minutes that was wasted. I could not believe that a regular associate at the other Publix was better than the manager at doing western union could they please get a promotion DM or send them to yall store to teach you guys how to process all types of western unions with speed and accuracy. Once yall get that down then I will give yall some more stars but for now its the cashiers thats saving yall form just getting 2 stars Im out.

I normally like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and not leave a negative review just from one bad experience. After two bad experiences I must leave a review. I ordered my daughters cake for her 1st birthday online more than 24 hours before I needed it. I went to the bakery excited to pick up her main cake and her smash cake only to be told they did not make the cake. I was NOT offered an explanation as to why this had happened. I was very upset to say the least. Picking another cake from the freezer was not an option because they are frozen solid and we needed the cake for her birthday dinner that same evening. I had to settle for 2 hideously decorated cakes to compensate for their error. I will NEVER go to this Publix again for any special ordering of any kind.

Awesome grocery store, friendly staff, clean environment, with fresh produce & meats. Bakery always have freshly baked goods & pharmacy is professional. The one spot for improvement would be the deli/lunch counter. While they have good products they never have 20 piece hot & spicy breaded ready, theyre typically understaffed, the the meats at the hot foods counter tend to be dry from sitting out too long. Overall its a very nice store to frequent, even with their flaws its still better than a lot of competitive grocers.

Put your cashier Scott back in training. He never greets or smile if your a African American. I have monitored this on several occasions and I pick his line on purpose every trip. When you ask him a question he replies back with WHAT as if he didnt hear you. Which is super rude.

I called the deli to order a rotisserie chicken. The lady took my order and then informed me that this is the location by the hospital. I was relieved that she did that because I was able to cancel that order and she gave me the number to the store that I needed. Thank you.

Afternoon Delight

I recently moved to Conyers and luckily Publix is less than 5 minutes away from my home...All of the employees that I have encounter are VERY courteous and helpful. The store is very clean and Alfonzo(forgive me if spelling is incorrect) in the meat department is awesome!!!

Always great to shop here, but lately they have been reminding me of Walmart by only having one or two lanes open. Have more lanes open especially on weekends and get five stars.
